I am giving them a second star because the customer service was friendly and responsive, but the quality of the artist's work on my purchase was terrible in the proofs and I had to cancel my order before production, resulting in a $30 "processing fee". I spent $30 for really low quality proofs, and will now have to turn around and purchase this product elsewhere. Disappointed.
