I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order well in advance to ensure I had everything for Christmas—matching outfits for me and my girls and gifts for loved ones. Now, just days before the holiday, my packages are still missing!

I reached out to customer service, but I’ve gotten no clear resolution or help. This was supposed to be a special moment for my family, and Fashion Nova has completely ruined that.

I’ve shopped with Fashion Nova in the past, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. Missing orders during the holidays is unacceptable, and the lack of urgency to fix this is even worse.

Please do better for your loyal customers!

I bought 2dresses from them the came pretty quick but one of the dresses split is to high and the other dress isn’t the dress I ordered I email them to try and return them with no luck I have called to stores and no one answers the phones. I will never shop here again. The fact they sent me a whole different dress from what I ordered they don’t do refunds and I’m being charged to send it back to them is beyond me. The pictures below is what I ordered the orange dress split is to high for me and the black dress to the left is what I ordered and the other black dress is what I got NEVER AGAIN

Ordered on 12/23 early morning because website stated to order before 12pm to get 1 business day shipping at no extra cost. I did that and my order was not delivered until 12/27 evening . FASHION NOVA app sucks for tracking. I was able to get the UPS tracking number for my order. Which would not update estimated delivery date because they didnt have the package yet. UPS details on my package said the Label and shipping method was ground shipping. Which takes 1-5 business days . My order wasn't picked up from fashion Nova warehouse until 12/26 . I live close by to the warehouse thats why ground shipping was fast but not the 1 business day as stated on their website. Which would of had my order delivered by 12/24 with Ups next day air shipping. Whole time on fashion Nova app it kept telling me my order would be delivered on 12/24 . Fashion nova needs to do better and contact their shipping carrier UPS before putting false information on their website about shipping dates . What a total scam .

If I can give them 0 I would. I ordered $500 plus and did express shipping which was additional $40 and was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, it never came. There is no update on my order, no shipping carrier, no tracking number whatsoever. When trying to track it it says someone misplaced my rack. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. My order just says confirmed and nothing else. I fear they won’t take any responsibility for misplacing my order

im disappointed I returned a dress that didn't fit,size was not true size! i havent receive any responce for a store credit. its so ridiculous all they say is to email them but they dont answer emails or phone calls if its regarding a return wth. never buying here again. it was my 1st time buying at this store and never again i will buy here they stold my money stayed with the dress

To say I have shopped here a lot I am VERY disappointed! It’s been a month now since I have not received my order nor a resolution in regards to my order . I have followed the instructions they sent in filing a claim with UPS but UPS are not getting a response from them as well to proceed with the claim . I have emailed them again and all of a sudden my emails are no longer going through, as if they blocked my emails , but when I emailed them from another email they responded. There is no one else to contact. So I guess I am out of money and missing items , this is very disappointing and will no longer be ordering from here again !!!

all I can say is ask for jessica she loves her job and adores her customers she was sooooo helpful and friendly I couldn’t find much in my size and I was extra tired so instead of having me look through certain clothes in my size she personally went and found some for me on top of that I had all 3 of my kids she didn’t mind helping me at all and made my trip way less stressful thanks jessica

UPS.com can’t deliver packages right I had packages sent here before but are being return for no reason ….
