Customer service is horrible. Tried calling to see if they have a shoe available that way I don’t have to make a drive. Every time I called it says that they were busy with customers. So i finally go midday during the week and behold the store wasn’t even busy and I called from outside and got the same message on the phone saying they were busy assisting other customers

One sales associate girl kept asking me if I need any help. Like I understand they have to ask and I don’t mind it because sometimes I do need the help . But she asked me more than once , I honestly was just trying to see what I wanted exactly and I felt pushed to make quick decisions. Overly I only liked one of the sales girl in the store , that’s why I gave it a extra star. They also had nice stuff in the store was clean . The other guy was also lacking in customer service skills .
