I'm REALLY DISSAPOINTED with my experience with this company. I ordered my item on 10/02/2024, expecting it to ship within 3-4 business days (showed on the website before paying). When I called on 10/08/2024 to check on the delay, I spoke with Kevin, who was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I need these shoes for my sister by 10/10/2024 (I have an international flight), and all he said was that it would arrive on the 10th and I could refuse the package. How am I supposed to refuse it if I'm not home?

I even suggested paying again for the same shoes and offered a prepaid overnight label since they don't have one, but he refused to help. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere than this scammer shop!

This morning, I contacted DHL and spoke with Joel on recorded line, who confirmed that they selected ground shipping, which can take 3-8 business days, not the 3-4 business days stated on your website.

What a liar.

This store is no longer open to the public only Amazon and eBay listings. They claim you can pick up an item in person but there’s nowhere to pick it up at there is no more storefront so it’s possible to try something on before you buy it If your local. They are better places in the inland Empire for shoes. The return policy is also only for store credit at a place where you can’t try the shoes on. SMH

I've ordered from Ruze Shoes many times and they've got great deals and sales. I recently had to do a return and initially had some issues, but ultimately customer service resolved things for me.

This is a great store to watch for good shoe deals.

Had a pair of lovely Reebok sent from sunny California to Liverpool UK with no issues whatsoever. Accurate tracking and they arrived a week early. Super service, will be using again.

Every time I bought sneakers the box is completely mangled, currently been waiting for a pair of sneakers paid for on July 3rd, same message with no update and package still in California as of July 6th. Customer service is no help, just be patient they say. 5 to 6 free shipping my butt, there's a reason it's free

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes and only received 3. Been playing mindless games with them for about a month now to either get a refund or send out the pair I'm missing. Honestly I will probably never order from this business again, complete joke. Lost my business. Oh I would give them a zero stars but Google won't let you. What joke

Simply put: I love shoes. I buy shoes from many reputable merchants across the internet often, but I somehow stumble upon Ruze Shoes when looking for the best price of a specific shoe. Great price and great selection. Make sure you pick the right shoe size though!
