I managed to get a discount on this but still not worth what I paid at all. The chair comes with no instructions and my emails to the company have been ignored. I want some of my money refunded but have not had any response. The bottom of the chair has metal with holes in that’s completely scratched our wooden floor. It came with some screws in a plastic bag that said £2.99 on. Clearly a cowboy company that buys furniture/parts very cheaply from China probably, and sells them on for more than they’re worth. Once their sale have gone through, they just ignore you. I wouldn’t order from here if you want good quality furniture and customer service. Terrible experience.

Love being able to make purchases from a store in our home city - we recently moved back to the area and needed to furnish our home - working with Maciel we have been able to make just about every room purchase at Rosso's. Their prices are the best; their support staff are friendly and the delivery staff (Gallo and Carlos) have been very knowledgeable about items, respectful of keeping home clean and great at set-up. We will continue to use and refer friends to Rosso's!

The staff at both Gilroy and Morgan Hill stores were great! They were able to locate what we were looking for and we got it for a great price. Their product knowledge was extremely helpful and we will definitely be back for additional furniture in the future!

Beautifully furniture complete sets at great prices. Ventura has such wonderful customer service I'm seriously considering getting a new bedroom set for my son's room. I bought a beautiful very large rug for 25.00 WOW super happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend coming her for any furniture purchases. They really have it all especially with the people and management they work hand in hand together.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I purchased a very expensive couch upward of $7000 which is under warrenty. I also purchased insurnace on the furniture. On Januay 31st I contacted Gabriella stating the couch has literally broke down. The stuffing did not hold up and now when you sit on the couch your literally fall in a hole.
First she tells me they can come look at it for $119 per hour.
I emailed her back to set an appointmnet and have had no email reply in the last 8 days. Unacceptable!!

Best shopping experience ever! Very friendly
Had exactly what we wanted and for less than expected! Maziel was very knowledgeable and new right where to locate the dining room table we were looking for as well as an ottoman that matched our couch perfectly. This is quality and service! In a word … outstanding! Needed some bedroom pieces for my daughter, although they had a nice selection…the style that was recommended by Mellisa was not on display, Rosso’s was able to special order and ship directly to my home. It arrived in 3 days, was easy enough to assemble and looks perfect! High quality customer service…thank you!!!
