Do not buy jeans here. They will fade after 1 wash, and the new manager is not apologetic, accountable, nor professional. I am local and my sisters & nieces used to purchase jeans at this store. This time I purchased jeans *specifically* for the wash- and after washing them 1x in cold water and hang drying, they completely changed color and faded. I went to the store *with* my receipt and showed them as a comparison the jeans I purchased a week prior vs the jeans on the shelf, and she said they would not give me any refund, exchange, or call corporate to make another arrangement.
The original manager at the same store who sold these jeans to me also sold me my first lucky jeans about 5-6 years ago. She had been at the store for almost 20yrs, knew all of the styles & washes, very accommodating and knowledgeable.

The new “manager” claimed there was no one who worked there for 20yrs and she also denied they had the same style of jeans I came in with until I pulled up the interior label to prove it to her. She obviously is not knowledgeable and frankly unprofessional. No apologies and no attempt to rectify the situation. This is the first time I spend more than $150 in a store on an item and there is no concession made after it is obvious that the item is defective. This is after owning them for 1 week and with the receipt.
So beware- Lucky Jeans have diminished in quality and they will not stand by their products. My lucky jeans from 6 years ago are still holding up well, I just wanted a different style. This speaks to how quality has diminished, along with the service.

You have lost my business and since I also work as a personal shopper for various clients, I will no longer recommend Lucky Jeans based on recent management policy. The manager refused to give me the number for corporate but I will certainly be calling them.
