Thank you John. I was staying at a nearby RV Resort and had a leaky toilet. I called and Melissa was very helpful and called my warranty company and got the repair approved. I also had a faulty fan that needed repair, and John came out to evaluate the next day. They ordered parts and made the repairs that next Monday on after Easter weekend. John came out in the morning and was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely reach out to them if needed in the future.

John, was able to get me in earlier, than the date we agreed on. He climbed up on the ladder took photos then got to work, spent a couple of hours up there to get it done right! Sealed my leaking vent right before the rain came in!

I live in San Martin and they came out to look at an issue I had with my RV. They are very upfront and honest with pricing and options regarding manufacture warranty and what is covered/ not covered.
I know a quality family business when i see one and RV Restore and Repair is a great example of how an honest, small family business is run. Very rare, and I will always call them first for any issues with my RV as well other family members.
