My sister, a resident in Delray Beach was having an upcoming birthday. What to get her? I’m on the west coast and unfortunately this year getting together wasn’t happening. She loves a glass of wine so I checked out the local liquor store websites and stopped when I got to Crown Liquors. Ohwow, they customize gift baskets and look at all those wonderful tasty treats. That’s it, that’s what I’ll get for my sister, a gift basket with a bottle of her favorite vino. I called Crown and OMG I got a real live person to answer the phone. The rep from Crown told me her name was Michelle and she would be glad to help. Well, help she did. She was so friendly and knowledgeable I felt like I knew her my whole life. If she was out of a particular item, she suggested another personal favorite. How wonderful is that? I explained to her that I wanted the basket to be on a pink theme and “girlie” and boy she got the message loud and clear. Michelle, you came through with every detail and didn’t miss a beat in everything I asked you to do. My sister received her basket without a single problem this morning and it was a big birthday surprise. When she called me to thank me she was crying. I guess you could say your hard work was very well received. Thanks so much for going above and beyond customer service.

I went into the store today 4/24/24@12noon, to purchase liquor for a nurse that I work with for her Birthday So I wanted to cash in a winner ticket that I won. So I handed the youngman at the counter my ticket, he intern snatched the ticket from me, very rude. I asked him to give it back, very rude I will never go back and will tell the physician that recommended I go there about my experience. More training on having Professional etiquette......

Crown liquors is a great spot for a wide variety of alcohol beverages with affordable prices ranging from beers to hard liquor with an endless supply.
Numerous amounts of cigarettes with name brand and off brand if you prefer.
Customer service is very professional, always greeting you at the door, at the counter when ready to pay, once before departing very polite and always smiling.
The cleanliness of the store is unbeatable, I couldn't ask for anything more, smells fresh, counters and other areas are always disinfected along with all the windows and door handles, everything is in order from the different variations of chips, soda, coffee, juice and many other of your favorite snacks of choice.
One thing I love about this place is everytime I walk in, the atmosphere is amazing, I feel comfortable that I can find anything that I am craving such as my coca cola, and when I can't find what I'm looking for witch is not very often, I simply ask the clerk and they walk over and guide me to where this specific item is, if you are looking for something like this then Crown Liquor is your only choice.
Crown Liquor is my number one store for all my necessities.

Nice little liquor store, where they have some food and drinks other than liquor, cigarettes, Lotto and of course liquor. The workers are nice also, friendly and clean.
