This building is dead for the most part except for the Seafood restaurant that tries to take a stab at carving out its space in the local scene, the Karaoke place, & the Game Room, but are the Japanese restaurants still around?
Just feels run down, when it doesn't have to. The shopping center that neighbors this place still has all their tenants.

This landmark could have got my top score so like clearly Atlantic Place is one of the best moments I will always remember because during my freshman year of high school our band took a trip to Atlantic Place for a local State Performance! How cool is that? Honestly, when we got there it was totally COOL! I liked every part of it from the animals, tourism and even Fisherman's Wharf was totally neat.

This plaza used to be the place where young people hang out back in the 90s before the affluent Asians had moved to other neighborhood, but it is half dead now. Most shops are vacant and only a handful restaurants remain open. I still come here may be once every few years for a banquet at the Empress Seafood Restaurant on the top floor.
There are limited parking outside and underground.

This mall can't get any traction for the businesses here. A few years ago the owners left the pipes running through the underground parking unmaintained for years and you could smell sewage there. They fixed it since but the reputation was cemented. Restaurants changed very frequently. The Japanese restaurant is doing good weekend business. The Chinese banquet restaurant on the top floor closed and a new one has since opened (Tang Cong) 唐宫。Have not tried that out. The after school academies, KTV, and panic room seem to be getting some traction. There's hope for this building.

Many changes. Improved bld maintenance.. new restaurant on 3rd floor. Very nice. Food was great. Added karaoke. Going to add additional restaurants o. 3rd floor. Billiards on first floor now.

The plaza is mostly shut down. Daikokuya and Shin Sen Gumi are gone. It was a ghost town. Reminded me of Squid Games. 😳

Has a variety of stores and restaurants, with residential apartments above. One of my favorite is Phoenix, a cafe with delicious crispy noodles, rice noodles with beef, and a wonderful assortment of dessert soups and mochi with sweet fillings, such as red bean and black sesame. The Daiso $1.50 store is a must visit.
