Very busy because it is Christmas time. It's a smaller but very nice mall. Lots of shops to get things at. Several nice food places that serve more snack type food than meals. The restrooms were clean and tidy. You can not get to the Home Goods store from the mall even though the store is attached to the mall. You have to enter the Home Good from the outside.

Honestly, some places like Macy's can be super pricey. But I would say the quality is worth it. It's really fun to hang around cause they seem to have a bit of everything.. The staff is always super nice however obviously everyone can have their bad days. I really like that they have An arcade so kids can have fun too.

It’s nice in all but it is really busy and you usually have to wait in long line but over all it’s acually amazing it has so many places to go and there’s a play ground for kids there’s food eneameint and during Christmas month there Santa clause and there nice bathrooms warm water and my favorite store there is famous foot where I think it’s good in my opion but 1 issues is everything is overly complicated and expensive so I would rate 5 stars when the fix these issues also I would like if they added a Starbucks area. Also it would be nice if the people n the small booths did not keep a going tying to sell there prouducts with you.

This review is solely for the Mt. Shasta Mall Security department. Rick does a great job. He’s been serving the community well for many years. In addition, the Mt. Shasta Mall employees and management are also great.

Starting to move the panhandlers off of the property, along with the gangster. We may yet get our city back, one street at a time. A BIG Yay for law enforcement

First id like to say that santa this year was amazing. 5 stars!! The mall itself is ok. The play area could be cleaner and they need to get rid of introstem! I actually walk through victorias secret to avoid being verbally assaulted by them they are rude pushy and if you don't buy their crap they will insult you. But Santa, thank you for making my daughters picture experience more than just a picture it was magical and she is for certain that HE IS THE REAL SANTA!! 🎅

Please for the love of God and for our community stop renting to the scamming company introstem. They constantly harass you to buy their egg white eye cream that costs 600 dollars. They have a F rating on bbb they are 3rd party sellers and take your money and offer zero refunds. Get these people out of redding. Who cares how much they pay for space rent. They do not belong in our town. Get your crap together mt shasta mall! This has been going on for way too long now!

Pretty decent sized mall but very original store options, the place seems to be a child dump center lots of unbehaved preteens/teens running around causing problems none of them have manners and they pick fights with store employees and scream and yell and run around on bikes and scooters in almost run people over and get kicked out all the time and then there's an annoying stand of very aggressive people that demand you take their face mask samples, introstem or something is the store, the staff are all very rude and loud and in you face and they really ruin the malls atmosphere the same way those troublemaking teens do
