Cheri has been a pleasure to do business with. I am very happy with the installer, Howard. He did outstanding work replacing my floors. They are dependable, knowledgeable, professional, personable, honest, and fair in pricing. Cheri manages the company with dedication and care. I will never work with ECI Flooring again. We purchased carpet for 4 bedrooms and the hallway. We made sure all the floors were ready for the installation. The installers arrived and 6 hours later they were done? It was a terrible job and the seams show badly. There are several seams in the hallway and every bedroom has at least 1 seam. ECI told us the seams would not show once we started utilizing the area and vacuuming. NOT!!!

ECI Flooring provided adequate, but not good, vinyl installation, with baseboard trim roughly cut and corners left without miters, a tear in the new vinyl on an interior angle cut, thresholds removed but not replaced. Many additional charges over the estimate...additional this, additional that. They charged a $30 "furniture moving fee" because the installer helped us carry a table out of the kitchen onto the back porch (a 30 second task). Removed that from the bill after I refused to pay, but did so with an attitude. The actual vinyl we purchased was very good quality and price, but I would hire independent installers.

We remodeled our bathroom in April, 2017, and ECI flooring installed the new linoleum floor. The job was well done, looks professional, and had none of the problems given by the previous reviewer. We are VERY happy!
