DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE! Horrible customer service and lack of care for lost heirloom guitar they shipped but don’t have clue where it went. They have not responded to give update on anything and they do not answer their phone. UPS tracking shows that it was never picked up from them. They never called to give updates on issue and I have had to call repeatedly and speak to rude staff that obviously does not care. As a retail business owner, I can truly say that they have the worst customer service and no respect for the loss of a family heirloom. Big mistake shipping from here and will NEVER go back. Staff is beyond rude!

Pages is an awesome printing and shipping store! Staff are friendly, kind and do an exceptional job helping customers. I wanted to make a 25 page book for each of the students in my son’s kinder class. I needed the books for the next day class party and it was late afternoon. Dustin went above and beyond to get the project ready for the next day. The quality of the color and image was fantastic. Each book was assembled with a binding. The books looked amazing and the kids were so happy with their class book!

In addition, I regularly print labels and return Amazon packages with ease.

It’s most definitely the best shipping and printing shop in our area and surrounding area.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately like many other small town businesses their hours seem to accommodate their workers rather than customers working long hours all week starting before they open and getting off work after they've already closed. It's very inaccesible.
I end up having to drive 30-60m for similar services.

Pages Mt Shasta reminds me of that sweet small town store in NORTHERN EXPOSURE ! "The Fab Four" -- GiGi, Dustin, Ben and Amber are kind, professional and highly skilled. They totally care about the customers and always go the extra mile with: faxing; scanning; sending packages; printing out labels; photography projects and designing photos for framing....I am very grateful for this wonderful print shop and the many services they provide.
