We were able to get same day appointments to get our both mine and my moms makeup done for a special event. Paris and Priscilla did our makeup and we were both very happy with how things turned out. They listened to how we liked our makeup and really made sure we liked it before leaving. We will certainly be coming back for future events!

They have the item I want but the girl working there was rude from the start! I ask her for what I need, she took a peak in the drawer (announcing they might not have it before even checking) finds 2! Then says they’re “testers” and can’t sell them to me, so I proceed to tell her I have a wedding coming up and I really need it! Can you please sell me a tester? She closes the drawer and says no!
Never going back there!!!

I don’t often give reviews but I just have to say I received the best customer service from an artist name Jonathan (I believe he was the store manager). I went in a little embarrassed to get some gifts for my wife and even though he was the only one working in the store and had other customers to attend, he still managed to assist me (not rush) with helpful suggestions. I waited til he finished assisting another customer but I liked how he would check up on me and communicate. Once I was at the check out he offered samples to give to my wife and just overall had a great , friendly attitude. I will definitely do more of my Xmas shopping here at this location.

I am very disappointed to discover after making my purchase here at the MV store, that they sold me used make up. Don’t go to this location.

Few Sundays ago I was desperate to get my make up done for my best friends wedding because the artist at the Mac in Nordstrrom ( which I had made an appointment with ) never showed up and told anyone to take care of me . Tania at the main Mac was soooo kind and helped me without hesitation. Although she was busy but she multitasked helping incoming customers and me in between . She is a kind soul and professional in customer service. Thank you Tania ( she is beautiful tall with black hair lady in her 40-50s)

Okay so today I went to the Irvine spectrum location and specifically told the lady that I’ve used Mac in high school and it was always orange and told her that was a pet peeve of mine (orange faces 🤢) and so she did my make up and it looked great in the store , then I go to check out and first they didn’t have the color and then she tried to change it with a lighter foundation and a darker powder then she said they didn’t take Mac gift cards after I told her in the beginning that’s why I was treating myself ... then I get to my car and I looked like a flippin pumpkin .. so I went to mission mall and explained to the beautiful young lady that helped me and she laughed and totally explained that certain foundations have a orange tint and some have yellow ! She let me wash my face did my make up and even let me go out side to check it and it was spot on !!! I will only go to this store !!! Brenda m is absolutely amazing and so sweet !!!

The manager at this store named Johnathan has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life , I was called a liar by him and his attitude is very aggressive and scary , he even raised his voice at me when I trying to return something , he then walked away and went into his office leaving me to find items to buy on my own . He clearly is dealing with private matters and doesn’t know how to keep his life and work separately. What a awful person !!! I will never shop at this location as long as he is there !

After a long 5 hours of waiting for free lipstick, all of the lipstick was gone, but the very kind district manager let me (and the people behind me) pick from the top 4 lipstick choices at their store. I ended up getting a beautiful nude, and I couldn't be happier!
