My sewing machine was not working properly, so I brought it in to Moore's for repair. All I needed was a new needle that the sales person kindly replaced for free! I purchased some thread since I was so grateful for her help. My sewing machine works perfectly now! Highly recommend this store for any of your sewing machine or vacuum needs.

I recently purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner from Moore's Vacuum Cleaner & Sewing in Mission Viejo, and I'm thrilled with the exceptional service I received. Unfortunately, the vacuum started malfunctioning on the first day. I called the store, and they immediately offered to take a look. The next day, instead of attempting to fix it, they replaced it with a brand-new unit. This level of customer care was truly impressive. Aaron Mandujano, the sales associate there took the time to teach me how to use the scanner on my Solaris . He showed me all the steps from selecting an image to digitizing the design for embroidery. He was patient, kind and so knowledgeable!

I recently took my sewing machine to Moore's for a tune-up and was incredibly impressed with the service. Aaron was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain the issues with my machine and show me how to properly clean and maintain it. I have always been afraid to remove the bobbin cover plate for fear that I might damage the inner workings, so there was a shameful amount of lint built up in there that Aaron kindly cleaned out for me. He even pointed out a few features I didn't know my machine had!

Lucina was also friendly and informative, helping me narrow down my choices of cover stitch machines based on my specific needs.

I highly recommend Moore's for any sewing machine needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers.
