Every time I’d compliment one of my son’s girlfriend’s clothes they’d always say it’s from Brandy Melville you’d like it. Well I went in yesterday. I was shocked! The store was literally packed with merchandise! All of it was super cute. Fits perfectly too. Everything I picked up was 100% cotton. Some things made in Italy. Can’t beat the price for basics like that. I got a huge bag full of cute things. The sales girls were very nice but not enough of them but it was very busy. I can’t wait to go back.

The girl on Tuesday morning shift in this store was on her phone when I entered the fitting room lobby. I asked her which room to go and it seemed like she could not hear since she had her airpods in her ears, and was ignoring me until she finished texting. The same girl was also working as a cashier since no one was covering the front, and she scanned the knit twice. I tried to tell her but she cut me off and said, "I know," which I thought was not the best way to communicate with customers. I had to cut the context but to me, this lack of kindness seemed more from lack of training, not from her personality. I think this brand really can grow on customer service training, because it probably was not easy for her to cover both fitting room and cashier just because it is not too busy. On the other hand, being on the phone in front of customers is definitely not a well-trained service or effort. Going over from top to bottom from HOW to be nice to customers to WHAT to do when customers are unpleasant would help not only people shopping here but also people who are working here. I won't be going in here anymore but I do believe they can be better by recognizing and working on these room for growth!

Very messy. The customers there were very rude. I couldn't stand to be there any longer. If you're not blonde skinny and popular this is not the store for you. Everybody that was in there were like prom queens. Save yourself!

Great clothing! Half my closet is Brandy Melville. It's comfy cute and costly! Those are the three things I care about in my cloths if you follow the rule of the 3 c's then brandy Melville is definitely for you

I was reading all these reviews, and I have to admit I had a way different and positive experience! I came in yesterday to get my daughter some clothes for Christmas. While checking out, the ladies were very helpful, helping me choose what was best and what looked cute. They were very respectful and I had a blast talking to them.

i really love brandy! it’s got adorable prints, and the one size isn’t a problem. it’s targeted to young girls, and that’s what their sizing reflects. and, honestly, brandy is known for being targeted to smaller sized people too. so just know that, and you’ll be fine. you can’t complain about something everyone knows about already.

the workers are literally so nice and helpful. yeah, they might not say "hello" but are they required? no. and they will always help you if you ask. i saw someone in a review say that a worker told them "bring everything back" and they took that as rude, but its just because people shoplift from brandy so its not really rude. people also complain about it being "one size sits all" but its really different for EVERY piece of clothing. for example, im an xs/s and some clothes fit me perfectly, others are way too big (especially their pants) so you just have to try them on. i would say theres an xs-l range.
