Between the Holiday Inn and and the Motel 6 sits it's an American food sit down restaurant with an all day menu with a view of highway 101. Inside are two rooms divided with tables and chairs and cramped booths. With a large menu from biscuits to steak and a glass case full of cream pies and huge cinnamon rolls you should find some item of comforting food for yourself.
The friendly wait person was immediate and took our drink orders, a bottle of IPA and water. They checked a couple of times when we were ready to order our tuna melt with tater tots and burger with fries.
Our order took longer than you would experience at IHOP, but the quantity of potatoes was greater and the burger meat was accurately cooked to medium rare. However, a patty melt was brought out rather than tuna. I requested Dijon and was offered honey mustard, I accepted. Plenty of pickles and lettuce, one small tomato slice.
Classic rock drifted out of the kitchen and a person in the next booth was coughing up a lung while we ate. Framed pictures of vegetables on the walls, like eggplant belied the lack of vegetarian entrees on the menu.
We left quickly and did not buy any of the large numbers of postcards on display next to the modern cash register where we paid while standing and listening to the laughing banter between the wait and cook persons. We might go back for breakfast sometime.

Had the best liver and onions. The waiter was the best waiter I've had in a very long time. He was great, very friendly, and joined around with us. Definitely Will be back next time I'm visiting in Eureka.

After a short walk from our hotel, we were seated quickly by the courteous staff.

The food was delicious, eating area and bathrooms were very clean.

Food was really fresh, the prices are very affordable. Definitely coming back when in Eureka. I can't wait to try a cinnamon roll! Service was fast & very friendly. The photo is the after math of the Western Burger. 🙂

Best restaurant I've been to
Best place ever. Me & my wife go here all the time.
Amazing food, cinnamon rolls, desserts and of course customer service.
You can't go wrong with their jalapeño burger or their abc omelette.
To me this place is worth 5stars and certainly worth the visit (as well as all my money)

I had such a pleasant experience eating breakfast here. The coffee was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect, and most of all my waitress, Tephi, had such an incredible positive energy that made me feel so welcome. The pancakes were huge and delicious, the bacon was perfectly cooked! Tephi’s service was phenomenal and I was just so impressed with how she interacted with her customers. I can’t wait to eat here again soon!
