I went to 3 hardware stores, in search of an adapter to hook up a washing machine. The fourth purchase was spot on and could have saved me the hassle of the first 3.

Great community hardware store with everything you need from a hardware store and more! There's a lot of associates there to help you find what you need from paint to home and garden and camping supplies & more. They have a great selection of outside cookers and grillers You should go and check them out!

Ordered items for pickup and had staff say they couldn't look up the order, after returning and giving the same info to another staff member finally got the item. Inconsistent training, and some rude associates make this one of the last places I shop for anything.

I went here with my dad to pick up some manure for gardening. There were no shopping carts available outside. My 70-year-old father had to go inside to get a card for the bags of manure from outside. The carts were small and tore one of the bags of manure. He did not notice until we were in the store and so he was leaving a little manure trail under the shopping cart. And he told me when he went inside to get the cart and then take it out of the store in order to load the manure that a woman working there was watching him suspiciously. He told her that there were no cards available outside and he could not carry the bags of manure because he uses a cane to walk with. So not the best setup for senior citizens or people who need walking assistance. Maybe keep a few cards available out front, or have better customer service where someone would be willing to help a person who needs extra physical aid.
