Prices went up but the safety and the employees are worth it. It's always nice to know you have caring, compassionate people looking after your belongings and always there to help. I trust this place and the truck they have to help you on move in is an awesome benefit. They always have move in specials and easy transitions. I recently downgraded and trust me finding the help to do so was the worst part everything else was smooth. It's a mom and son team and they are always friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.

I just moved in, but I had a very good experience with the manager and her son. Process was super easy and overall great experience would recommend to others. Plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Megan was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for. She was able to help me find a unit that was just perfect for what I needed. As for the location and facility, it's one of the nicest storage facilities I have seen and I have been looking for a while. If you need a storage unit this location should be on your list and Megan has been absolutely wonderful.

Personnel is quick and efficient, albeit, seeming a bit impatient. Assume this is due to the busyness of the work. Megan is extremely knowledgable and most willing to help, be it personally or on the phone.
Call backs are done in good time. I so appreciate the reminders re: payment due and issues w/my storage unit, both via email and by phone.
This facility is new and impeccably clean. Accessing units is easy, and there is a calm feeling of safety. The price is right, not unreasonably expensive, as most local facilities are. To be seen how/if this changes over time! Overall super rating for this one!

A very clean facility that we would highly recommend to anyone. Billing and payments handled efficiently online. Access codes to enter and exit. We felt safe and secure. A variety of sizes were possible it just depended on availability.

Butterfield self storage was alright. My issue is more so with move out process. Their policy states that they require a one week notice if you’re planning on moving out. Which, in it of itself is fine. But they made sure to send out a rent increase notice a few days after it was too late to provide a one week notice before getting charged for the month following. I couldn’t afford the increase and I reached out to the team. They were not helpful and subjected me to a full months, increased rent amount. Despite my having the unit empty by the end of the month.

I only been at this storage for about 2 years.
My rent has been raised at least twice.

I am on a fixed income, I am worried that my rent is getting too expensive for me to afford.
