Extremely happy with both the buying experience (they made and shipped my Cessna 210 cover a few weeks earlier than they quoted) and also the final product. I used to have sun shades for my plane and they were a pain to put up and take down. I saw a few planes on ramps with full window exterior covers and thought I would give it a try. Bruce's cover shipped is top quality, the material is very high end, and it fits my plane perfectly. I don't get excited about too many purchases, but this one exceeded my expectations.

One note to consider - the cover material is think and will last a long time but that also makes it heavier and the bag it comes in will take up about 36" x 16" in your baggage compartment and my guess is it weighs around 10-12 pounds. Well worth it though!

I ordered a full cover for my Piper Comanche from Bruce's Custom Covers. It was very expensive but in Phoenix, AZ with 100 million people here getting a hanger is impossible so my next best option was a full cover to protect my most prized possession. My experience was exceptional from A-Z. It was just as good after the sale. Most businesses these days refuse to offer this which is really ignorant because customers will never buy from them again. However, with Bruces that was not the case. They made several alterations to make sure the custom cover fit my Comanche which is what I paid for. They also cleaned the wing and tail covers and folded them nicely and paid for the shipping and returned them to me. I really don't know what else they could have done to improve my experience. Exceptional cover and exceptional customer service to back it up. Too bad all or even most companies can't offer this type of product and service that Bruce's Custom Covers do.

Placed an order for my light sport aircraft in April.
7 months 4 days 89 pictures 11 emails and a few phone calls later, I received this in my email today.

"Bruce has been working on changes to the cover design for the last few weeks. He has determined we are not able to complete the project with the information provided. The only course of action is to refund you in full."

Attached is the invoice so you can see I am not exaggerating the dates. I counted all the pictures and emails I have saved.

I was pushed off again and again and again. It seems that Bruce's "custom" covers doesn't want to do custom work anymore...

Excellent custom cover! I ordered the all year canopy cover with forward extension for my PA28-161, and it arrived in just under 2 weeks. They even incorporated little custom colored accents on the corners to match my paint scheme. The construction is very quality. The fit is perfect and it's snug to the aircraft. The inside material is very soft on the paint. They are expensive, but it's well worth the price considering a new paint job runs you $25k!! This will offer some protection from the harsh southern sun!

Excellent customer service! Our Cessna 172 cover had a broken clip after many years of great service, and Bruce's replaced the clip AND MUCH MORE with no charge. The team at Bruce's fixed fraying edges and repaired a few things I didn't even catch. Thanks !

Just had an excellent customer service experience with Bruce's Custom Covers! I had ordered the wrong cover (my error!), and Peggy offered to change out my incorrect order with the correct one, no charge. I've always purchased my aircraft covers/accessories from Bruce's, and now have been the participant of a great customer service experience. Absolutely exceptional!

Ordered a custom cover for my Piper Mirage M350. Invoice said 3-4 weeks but it didn't come for over 7 weeks and it only was shipped after I called and followed up twice. The cover itself is good fitting but feels cheap, there is minimal felt underneath so most of the canvas rubs on the aircraft itself. The $20 imprint they "include" is simply an iron on N number and its almost not even noticeable. I honestly think they forgot my order and threw this together last minute. I think you can find a better company and product for $525. 2 stars because it is custom and it does cover the plane. 1 star for speed, service and product quality.
