I purchased the "Rabbit Loft" for my daughters easter bunny from Tractor Supply. In the last 25 years I have put together multiple do it yourself items. They usually have several pages and approx 15 to 25 step by step directions.* The directions that came in the rabbit cage box was a joke!
(A 1 page diagram that would be great if you were a builder!)
I noticed the box was re-taped together when I bought it. Now I know why- someone else didn't want it.
Very disappointed as I am taking it back in the morning.

Advantek has the worst customer service I have ever come across. The company does not respond to customer emails or phone calls or inquiries through their website. As an owner of 7 of their kennels I've contacted them for replacement doors (because all the paint peeled off two of my kennels) and to purchase more kennels for my business and they do not respond. It is the strangest thing. Then at Pet Zoo 2016 in Las Vegas at the Advantek booth I met the President, Dave Pomerantz. I told him of our attempts to reach Advantek and he gave me his card and said to reach out. He mentioned he had doors and kennels he would sell me. My partner and I have each left Dave 2 voice mails over the last month and we've each emailed once. There is no response. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. They don't stand behind their products or care at all from our experience.
