I was really happy about my choice today. My first time trying the Tex Mex Black Bean Burger wrap. Although they did not have my fried avocado, the sandwich was still pretty tasty! Store was clean and well organized, which made for a smooth transaction. Will visit again!

Today was my first time ever visiting you this location and let me tell you I had a wonderful experience from talking to the produce associate Chris, to speaking to Cody about some produce that wasn't so favorable to the eye but none-the-less everything was handily in a timely and professional manner to even checking out with Michael he made sure that everything was scanned and correctly price I definitely appreciate him go above and beyond to make sure that our final transaction with the store was wonderful. But the downfall that I had was from leadership Kevin, Kevin Kane and approach the situation not so professionally at a customer standpoint Michael apparently scan the deli chicken twice and he wanted to make sure that the customer was not charged twice and like I said greatly appreciated. Kevin took it as if we didn't even want it at all and that was not the case I felt as if he was rushing through the process and and did not take empathy very well for new sales associate but nevertheless will return thank you all for a great visit

I had the most amazing experience at Publix Lakeshore location!. A store associate named Mandy was extremely courteous,polite , and extremely helpful.. Mandy was really eager to make sure I found every item that I was searching for..this definitely was service I received from Publix that let me know that they truly appreciate me as a customer.

This is the most immaculate Publix store I have ever been to. The deli, bakery and sushi stations are all together in a restaurant style circle. There is gallery seating with elevator access for anyone who wants to relax while their partner shops. ?

EXTRME HEALTH HAZARD. Waited over 30 minutes to get popcorn chicken and was ignored with employees behind the counter. I then noticed an employee coming out with the chicken cups to place under the heater. While I waiting on him to finish stocking so I could buy one, I noticed his hands were extremely cut up with no gloves on handling food. No respect for your customer’s health and quality of product. Will never come back here.

This store REALLY DESERVES 6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!! When you walk in , the staff speaks to you and it’s huuuuuge !!! Better than the one in Hueytown!!!! Sorry…well , not sorry truth be told !!! LOL ?!!! This store has more aisles and aisles of food that you can imagine!!! I wish the company gives an upgrade to one in Hueytown cause it’s beginning to look like it’s showing lack luster and lack most the of items on their shelves!!!! The people are still nice , but it surely NEEDS some help or changes soon !!!

This Publix is off the beaten path down west Lakeshore but FAR superior to the Edgemont Town Center Publix. It even has self checkout aisles and the deli’s prepared food options are fantastic
