Such a gem that I found this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the facility. Also complementary breakfast and snacks were an additional plus. Would love to come back again, and wish there were more in other areas. Hopefully closer to palo alto where most of my meetings take place. Thank you to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant!

Family run , great attention to detail,has all the things one needs inside the room - overall one of the best I have stayed during my business trips. The owner and their family always are on the lookout if they can better the experience for their customers. I had a need for kettlebells and they ensured their gym was immediately equipped with it. Thank you for all the efforts you have put in to make it a great place to stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Service is great, the staff is very friendly and will help in any situation. Once needed to extend my stay by an additional 4 weeks and they worked with me on that, so I did not have to switch rooms.||Everyone also has a great memory and if you stay once, everyone will remember your name.

I would rate 5 stars for the amenities, room, service and the proactiveness of the staff.
The room is very modern with desk setup, lounge chair for both business and leisure stay.
The staff is very helpful and makes sure that your stay is comfortable, the place is 24*7 food items available and free breakfast, free shuttle for nearby areas as well.
I would love to stay at Hotel Strata again.

While hotels and restaurants in western countries are known for poor hospitality, Hotel Strata is a true exception to it.

Highly recommended for business travellers as it is close to many offices and they also have a complimentary shuttle service in the morning to drop you at your office.

Bonus for Indians: They also have complimentary Indian breakfast along with Western breakfast.

If you're looking for exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service, I highly recommend them! After a long, tiring interstate trip, I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted and famished. The staff immediately offered a thoughtful gesture with a water bottle and recommended a fantastic nearby Indian restaurant. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly stood out.The daily breakfast was well-curated, with poha being my favorite! Check-in and check-out were smooth and handled with utmost politeness. The shuttle service to office was a great bonus. On my first morning, although I missed the shuttle by 5mins, the reception kindly offered to call the driver, which I appreciated despite having already booked a separate ride. Overall, a wonderful stay! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Thanks to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable.

TLDR: I always research a lot before booking a hotel, and this one stood out of all in the area and I decided to give it a try. I must admit that I wasn't wrong. This is the best hotel in the Bay area. ||Some info about me:|- I came here from Croatia, Europe because of business |- traveled with my husband |- stayed for 5 nights in the hotel||A couple of reasons that make this hotel the best:|- They respond quickly to any requests and questions you have before your arrival|- Great location, close to basically everything you are visiting|- Free, and a lot of parking spaces, including electrical charging stations|- The owner, his family and his staff are always friendly, kind and ready to help you in any situation. We are so glad we met the owner and his family, such lovely and warm people are nowadays hard to find!|- Rooms are new, updated, and very clean!|- Breakfast has a large variety of foods and the coffee is delicious (they don't have only filtered coffee, they have cappuccinos, espresso's, flavoured coffee, etc.), A large collection of tea's (usually my experience is that hotels offer only green tea, this one has all the flavours you can imagine)|- Coffee and tea is available 24/7|- If you're here for business, the hotel offers shuttles to your office every morning in different times|- Beds are huge and super comfy!|- The rooms have everything you need and even more! (floor heating in the bathroom, hygiene products like makeup removal wipes, razors, cotton swaps, coffee, tea, ironing necessities, shoe horn (I am pregnant so this was super helpful), airpurrifier, large tv, comfy sofas, electric plugs that work for all types of plugs, large tv... etc|- Design of rooms is modern and gives an autentic american vibe||My personal highlight of the stay: When we got to our room, the reception called to make sure that it meets our expectations which I found very thoughtful.||The next time we visit, we will definitely book this hotel again!||P.S.
