They refused to give me my change. The guy had just a few pennies, no other coins, I was owed $9.36 and only got $9. They don’t speak English but a kind customer helped translate what he was saying. Anyway. My bro, if you can’t make change you should give me $10 back. Or go in back for a sec and break up a roll of quarters. Crooks and morons. I’ll be avoiding them now. Cheap gas, worth every penny.

I came to the gas station around 3:45 AM to put gas the gas station was fully open doors unlocked with no cashier around,I figured he maybe was in the restroom so I waited 15 minutes still nothing so I decided to leave I came back around 5:09 AM to find the doors still unlocked with a customer waiting inside for about 10 mins with no cashier around still as I approached the door to check once more I noticed there was an individual sleeping in a Prius parked right next to one of the entrances who possibly might be the cashier. I did not wake him because it is not my responsibility and not my job this is an example of poor customer service it’s very sad because I come to this gas station all the time due to its late open hours and this is not the first time I’ve had problems here so I think it’s time for change sorry alliance you don’t deserve my business

I bought gas here and the transaction was efficient and to my knowledge the gasoline is as good as can be expected. There are quite a few pumps so the wait time should be minimal if you go there. Be aware that there are pumps on both the El Camino and the Grant road sides of the building.

I bought 2 candies they ware spoiled I told attendant he said that they ware ok I keap on telling him that I eat masapanes all the time and that doe ware spoiled did not get exchange or money back I left them there I wish I would had my Karen with me

Used to have the most inexpensive gas in Mountain View until recently, when a new place down the street switched over from Shell. Sometimes their machines don’t work and you have to have cash to pay.

I lost 25% of my fuel economy immediately following my last fill at this station, and the engine is running very badly. I drive a Prius gen 3 that shows instant and average fuel economy. I have <1k miles on new tires and oil change, and averaged >60mpg before this last stop (06/08/22). Now <45mpg. Same driving patterns/route. Suspect contaminated fuel. I will be notifying the BBB
