Had a unit there for years. After new owners bought the place everything changed. The on site manager was replaced by a tyrant. I was accused of things I never did even charged money and had to pay fines. When I ask to see the videos to prove there false accusations. They refused to show me. After they accused my therapy dog, who's very small mind you, of urinating so much in a corner the manager was forced to clean it up. That was the last straw that broke the Camel's was back. Once again I was fined and they refused to show me any video proof. Later I heard through others that have units there. The real story was a younger gentleman that had a storage unit there ask to use the restroom witch was no problem before the new owners. Was denied apparently the restroom was no longer available for use from anyone who didn't work there. So the gentleman proceeded to urinate in the same "corner" that apparently my very small experience service therapy animal was accused of. Those are only a few of the problems that started to occur after the new owners.

I have been using this facility for about a year. It's always clean and my 3 sometimes 4 units I feel are protected. Andrew (the manager) is a saint.

What more could you ever need for storage .safe clean and right there with a great staff very helpful.so self I said why store anywhere else.
