If you're looking for a halal Middle Eastern grocery store, Baraka Halal Market is one of the top choices in the area. I regularly shop there for meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits, spices, and nuts, and I’ve always been impressed by the quality. Recently, they've expanded their selection to include a wider range of fresh fruits and vegetables. They even carry some unique items like dishes and Chinese, kettles and so on. Their prices are reasonable, and their nuts, especially the walnuts, are delicious. The fruits are consistently fresh and tasty. The store also features a butcher offering a variety of meats, along with different types of cheese and dairy products. The staff, Munir, Homayoon, and two Mohammeds are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Such fresh halaal meat! The butchers are very sincere and will give me a fresh cut if possible. They say wait don't take the display one, let me make it fresh for you. Since they added fresh fruits and vegetables I have been getting produce as well. I also purchase halaal hot dogs and salami from here. Please buy and support Muslim owners businesses !

The store staff is super cool and quite nice. They have a good selection of produce, chocolates, and snacks at reasonable prices. I randomly stopped by, even though it's not nearby, so I can't go very often. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff had a moderate proficiency in English. Price-wise, compared to other Middle Eastern markets, some items were priced higher, while others were lower. The lamb shanks I purchased were fresh and made for a delicious haleem.

Best goat meat, Great service. I also get a whole chicken cut up from here. They have started a very large collection of vegetables as well.

Very good store, has good vegetables, halal meat , there is also marinated meat and chicken that is ready to cook.
Also fresh bread.

I generally go there for middle eastern food and spices, and bulgur. They also keep various types of Turkish items, specially bulgur. Several varieties of bulgar - coarse, fine, ultra fine grained (which I have rarely seen anywhere else in Bay area).
Spices for pulao, pilaf etc. Frozen kababs. The shopkeeper was also very helpful.
