Awesome store for donations and to find some extra things. You can load up your trunk with stuff and they take it out of the trunk for you. But sometimes you can find some things to fix up or use for less! Check it out today!

This Savers location is an excellent thrift store. It’s a very large store with a great selection of a variety of items to choose from. My kids are really into restoration of retro computers. This location has been our go-to location for their hobby. 😊. Give them a try 👍🏼

Tonight I purchased several items from the thrift store Savers in Murrieta, Ca. One of the items did not have a tag I wanted this dress for a wedding tomorrow and they said they couldn’t price it and I couldn’t buy it even though I told her what I wanted it for. I also had my mother with me who is a senior citizen. She did not know how to use the self checkout and then when I asked someone to help her. The manager Travis comes up and says she needs to stop being inconsiderate because I commented on the fact, they were being rude for not holding the dress for me for tomorrow so they could price it or even price it right then and there. But my mother never said a word. and He didn’t want to help her!! I cannot believe that!! it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a thrift store mind you in any store period! I donate to them all the time! so to experience what I experience and not only that when we left, he said to not come back when we purchased what we bought, there were no curse words exchanged or threats from us so he had no right to say that! Travis was the worst manager I have encountered in awhile and he demonstrated discrimination against two black women and did not care. a younger person that worked there was even surprised at the way we were being treated. Travis needs to be reprimanded and let him know he can’t treat customers like that. I don’t want to shop there anymore this was a very horrible experience! And their prices are no cheaper than Ross or Burlington might as well go get your clothes. Brand new.!

I love the challenge of a good bargain. They are constantly revolving new inventory. The prices are increasing but what isn't.

I went in to donate today at savers as I've done many times before. They asked me if I would like a coupon. I said yes. I asked about my coupon before I started shopping and was told that I can use it today in the store and I also asked about the 50% off color today and I was told that I can use both. I have been shopping at savers for now over 7 years and never had an issue until now. They didn't honor my coupon for 20% off even though they accepted my donation. I felt that was really ridiculous. I was told to show proof of being able to use my coupon in the past with items that are 50% off. I showed the proof and my transaction wasn't honored or adjusted so I decided to get a different item even though the item that I wanted was the one I truly wanted to buy. I asked for my donation back and they said that I am not allowed to get my donation back even though they won't honor the coupon. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that they were the only supervisor on staff that day and her name is Jackie. I was told if I wanted to speak to a different supervisor then that I can have her help me when she gets back from vacation. It was a terrible experience and it's the new year. If you guys need any advice, I also shared my experience on the contact me page on their website and you fill out a half form and you're also able to receive a call back or response within days. I hope this helps somebody and I really do think it is unfortunate because I do like this store a lot. It's one of my favorite thrifting places to go to. They just need people who are consistent and not wishy-washy because other than that I found amazing things that I've never found at any other thrift store. Thank you to those who do actually help customers and I'm looking forward to my issue being resolved in the near future.

They have such a great selection of stuff. Whoever sorts through everything does a great job of getting things that are good out to sell. The women's clothes we looked at mostly looked new or only slightly used. Everything is priced well. The staff is helpful. We found nostalgic toys from our past and the kids past that we had lost in moving. Very happy with those finds. The last time we went the store looked like it could use a sweep but this time it was super clean and organized. It was a very relaxed outing.

Got injured by one of the workers and instead of getting an apology, they treated me like I was the issue. No, I’m not going to sue your store or make your store pay for me to get medically evaluated for a cut on my hand but if you hurt someone unintentionally, you apologize, any elementary school child knows. Maybe if they trained their workers to stack furniture safely and watch where they are going, this would not have happened. Do better.

Prices are crazy so high. They make money from nothing. People going there are low income it’s not affordable. Prices are same as Marshalls & Ross which is ridiculous
