My experience with Cameron & Alex has been stellar. Both are very friendly and service oriented. My mail was swiftly sent to me in Europe exactly as I requested. Mine is a special case in that I live in Italy and have held the box in Murietta at their location for 5 years. Extremely satisfied.

Not recommended for PO boxes. We had a PO box through iPostal1 at this location and we wound up with close to $400 of extra charges because this location kept reporting our mail as not picked up, even though no mail piece was left for more than 2 days. Nothing that iPostal1 could do about the charges and nothing came of us asking for them to sort it out at the counter here.

Everything else about this location seemed pretty good. The staff were always friendly and helpful. But their disorganization cost us a lot of money which was very frustrating.

Best experience I’ve had at a post office. The staff is amazing, went to print 150 pages and they made the process stress free! 100 percent recommend this place! Cameron was the person that helped me.

I needed LiveScan Services for a job, and I needed it done ASAP… I walked into the Murrieta Postal Center late one afternoon and thought I was going to be out of luck… However, their Team was AMAZING and came through for me! This shop here at the name of Murrieta postal center. It's under new ownership and one of the owners is, Jimmy. The other owner is his wife. Yeah, they have helped me in a lot of ways. One of the helpers that works there. His name is Cameron. And the other one is Vanessa. I just had a great interaction with Vanessa today. She helped me a lot. This store deserves a lot of traffic, so help them out. Thank you.
