I purchased a kinetic rope at Jeep Beach in 2023 it was a great product till it started to fray when I was using it. Big selling point for me was a lifetime warranty no questions asked so I decide to purchase a rope and I happen to pay cash when I try to file a warranty claim they were asked me for the purchase number which I do not have but I gave them the exact date I purchased it and they were unable to help me out at the time. Katie help me with the warranty and got it taken care of. Remember if you do buy a product from rhino make sure you keep your purchase information handy. Thanks again Katie for the help

No matter what "Buck" hauls, we can always depend on Rhino straps and accessories. We trust them to keep the load secure. After a tow, the HD bags and velcro straps make it easy to put everything away, and keep it organized, all while supporting an American company! Thank you for helping us transport safely! I placed an order with the company. My charge card gets charged and a few hours later I get an email stating my order shipped. Four days later tracking shows the company created a label but nothing else except it has not been received yet. Why offer free shipping if they never ship it. Emails have gone unanswered.

Hands down the best customer service I've had in a while. I ordered a vehicle tie down kit and via two different "lesson learned" moments I had to put in warranty claims. The second claim is what warranted this review. Due to a miscommunication, they sent me the wrong parts. Twice actually, as I had misinput my address and ended up with both. The third time was the charm getting what I needed and when asked if I needed to return the not needed pieces, I was simply told to not worry about it. Because of this and my otherwise positive experiences with their tie down kit, I will be looking to Rhino USA first for anything else tie down and recovery related.

Terrible customer service. We bought cambuckle straps that were defective and they continued to loosen throughout the drive. They were so bad that we ended up pulling over and buying straps from a local shop which worked perfectly. As a result our bikes now have scratched and cracked fairings, and scraped exhausts. I’ve tried to file a warranty claim but the company representative is complete apathetic. We are now paying over a thousand dollars, out of our own pocket, for exhausts and fairings. I don’t know how this company has gone so downhill. This experience is incredibly frustrating. Rhino takes no responsibility for their products unless you buy online. They will not take responsibility for their products if you buy in a retail store. Will never conduct business with them again.

Disappointing order fulfillment and shipping. Ordered 4 items, only 1 shipped within the 48 hour promise and it took 3 days longer to arrive than estimated. Nine days later the other 3 items shipped (no notice of back order or delays) who knows when they will arrive. If you need items for a specific event, order 3-4 weeks out or you’ll be left stranded.
