Brent could've sold it out from under me but he didn't. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Not only did they make it right they went above and beyond to treat my wife great even when I was a jerk. I spoke out of turn. This is an excellent place and a wonderful group of people. I had a wonderful experience with my recent car purchase! I highly recommend Brent and his team at Law and Order, they did everything in their power to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I am not from Pilot Mountain, and only happened to come across the car for sale through Facebook Marketplace. As an out of town customer, I was apprehensive about working the deal remotely, but Brent was extremely helpful and responsive to all my queries over Messenger and Text. He provided details and a level of vehicle history I've never seen a car dealer provide. I couldn't be happier with the car, and would buy another from Law and Order if I had room in my garage. Pilot Mountain is fortunate to have a locally owned, used auto dealer with such integrity.

I purchased a truck for my husband from Law & Order Auto Sales. When I saw their listing, I reached out and received a call within minutes; we set an appointment for the next morning. They had the truck clean and ready to drive! (If you've ever gone to a used car lot for an appointment and had to wait for the vehicle's battery to be charged or for it to be brought to the lot, or left disappointed because after driving several miles to get there, you never even got to test drive the car at all that you came to see, you can appreciate how pleased I was to find the truck ready to go!) Everything was exactly as described. The price was less than anyone else would have offered for the same truck. I bought it immediately—No haggling— and they were super-speedy in doing the paperwork! (They even gave me long sleeved t-shirts with their logo on it.) It's been several months since, and we've had zero issues with the truck.

I definitely recommend Law & Order Auto Sales. They cut no corners, stand by what they say, and know the history of the vehicles they sell. They are honest and prices are clear. There's no need to see through a cloud of deception (like other used car dealers) to decide if the price for the vehicle is good or not. They don't keep switching price tags. If you need a used car, go talk to them!

Awesome and honest used car dealer. Hard to find an honest used car dealer but this place was great! Friendly, fast and easy process and they backup what they sell!!! We are very happy with the car and will return if we ever need another vehicle! Thank you!!!

Gentleman there was super nice. He installed my headlight for free plus fixed something else on my headlight to make sure it worked properly. Staff very friendly too
