Jerry was great to work with. I purchased a table and chairs from MFP, he met me and loaded, which saved me some travel distance. Would def purchase from him again. Table and chair assembly was a breeze and I am very happy with my new table.

Got a nice sofa set for a good price. It was delivered exactly when promised. No salesperson pressure like other furniture stores I visited, just helpful information when I asked questions. I'm pleased and would shop here again.

I ordered a table and chairs from this place on 1/14/2023 and did receive a confirmation email immediately after however that was the only communication ever received. After 3-4 weeks I tried to contact them with no luck as their phone just rings with no answer and no voicemail. After several days of attempts the phone finally did get answered however I was told that my items had not yet shipped as they were getting bids from 3 shippers. After a couple more weeks with no update I again tried to contact them which was as difficult as the previous time. When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told that my furniture had been picked up by the shipper and I should receive an email from them the next day with delivery information. This email never arrived so I again spent a couple days trying to get a hold of them. I was then told that they would have to look into who picked up my furniture which would take a couple days. They never called or emailed me so I attempted to reach them again. By this point it had been 2.5 months since the order was placed. Luckily it was paid for through Amazon Pay so I was able to file with Amazon for a refund as it had not yet been 90 days. Amazon did their investigation and did end up refunding me which I am thankful for as I'm certain I would've never received the furniture or a refund from the store itself. Not once did I ever receive a single call or email from them (with the exception of the receipt). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER from them!!! I ordered a bed in July and now it's September and I still haven't received anything! I've called them multiple times and every time they say it's being shipped and I'll get a tracking number and never receive a tracking number or email. Now they are not answering the phone. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for never receiving what I've paid for! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Jerry Bingman has been in and around the furniture business just about all his life... I met Jerry about 23 years ago when he Married my first cousin Penny Moss... Since then I've bought a dinning room suite, 2 living room suites, several assorted pieces of furniture and just recently 2 bedrooms suites... My family buys just about all their furniture from Jerry... So I think it's safe to say my family and I know Jerry Bingman pretty good and it's also very safe to say that he's a very honest and decent man to do business with... His furniture is of high quality and very affordable... If you want the very best in furniture Jerry can get that and if you're on a tight budget he can get just about anything you want and stay within your price range... He'll treat you with the same kindness and respect if you're spending $500 as he will if you're spending $3,000... And what I love most about Jerry is you can depend on what he tells you about the furniture you're buying... He will answer you questions directly and honestly and if you have a problem he will do the right thing to make it right... So for all the above reason and many more not mentioned, I highly recommend Jerry Bingman and My Furniture Place in Pilot Mountain... I bought a mattress months ago. I went back to buy another mattress the exact same. When I got it home and took it out if the box it was not the same matress at all. He said they discontinued the first mattress but failed to communicate this. He also told me he ordered another one for me to look at. It never came in and he has not once contacted me first but instead give me the run around for 3-4 weeks. I then asked if I could just get some money back since the mattress he gave me that I don't like was cheaper than the first one. Of course no answer!!
I had several people that I was going to refer there but definitely not now!!
Do not waste your time or your money going there. No customer service!!

I would highly recommend My Furniture Place! Jerry is very courteous, professional and informative. He was always available for questions and returned my phone calls immediately. I am very pleased with my purchase of a new bedroom set and I received an excellent deal! Mark and Keith were exceptional in delivery and set up! I would definitely recommend friends and family for the best deals on furniture.
