Parking garage can be better. Use actual card stock paper for durability during the stay and combine the QR scanner to accept both online and in person purchases. Discloses the $25 in and out all day pass on all booking sites. $25 is a heavier burden than a one-day $7 fee.

Very poor implementation of pre-paid parking QR codes. It doesn't read them without the crabby assistance of the attendant. Price was OK

We used this parking garage on 03/04 & 03/05. We were issued a receipt from our hotel for parking. Long story short the ticket machine was reading our ticket as unpaid so it locked our vehicle inside the 2 arms that come down. All this while we had 2 girls crying while waiting for someone to help us. Security did come and help us resolve the issue and I want to say did an A+ job!!! Can not say enough how nice they were. However, who ever we spoke with at the "command center" was not so helpful and kept asking us to pay so that he could lift the gate. We explained to him that we had already paid. I belive he should have checked our names and seen that we paid and lifted the gate. That would have solved the problem by pushing a button. We will not be parking here again. The security officers were both extremely helpful though I want to say again.

The service is very bad because the secretary who works in the office, I don't remember her name but I will describe her, is a short older lady who wears glasses, she is very rude and racist with users of Hispanic descent, she treats them very badly and insults them.

Be alert to move forward when the gate opens, it doesn't wait long!

This is a parking structure. As of 2024, I parked here for just over 4 hours and it cost me $60.
Only upside is it was close to where I needed to go.
Not happy with price but didn't have much choice.
