this is the worst parking lot, not only in Chicago, but in all of America. the guy who was standing near the entrance said that you can park the car and that's all ... he also looked when we left the parking lot and did not say that FIRST YOU NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING, AND NOT THEN WHEN YOU RETURN FOR THE CAR. As a result, after a wonderful day at the museum, the restaurant, we returned for a car having paid $ 25, but it was evacuated. They do it on purpose. Do not park your car here, they are deceiving and deliberately confusing you in order to evacuate the car, hiding behind the fact that you paid not BEFORE parking, but AFTER.

Great experience! When we pulled in they directed everyone where they needed to go, they were patient even on a super busy day, they were fairly priced I will admit (62 for a night which next to the hotel was unbelievably nice), and they kept the car secure. Now downside is you can access the vehicle till you leave but that’s kinda nice for security reasons. I feel bad I forgot to tip but they were still super friendly to me and I couldn’t find a single bad thing about the experience.
And one last thing, they had me pay when I picked up the vehicle, not when I arrived. They gave me a ticket and that was all. Very well done

This parking company banks on your ignorance and shady tactics. “In and out”means anything having to do with going back to your car and not actually moving your car out of the structure as they’re hoping you’ll believe from the get. They of course don’t tell you this until after you check out from the hotel. “Up to 24 hrs” means basically until you’re out of the hotel. We checked in at 8pm and couldn’t put our items in our car due to their “in and out” policy. They work with the Congress hotel in this good cop/ bad cop way. They’re connected, but they’re not, but they are but of course, they’re actually not. So the Congress can quote 40$ but they shouldn’t be quoting anything at all, as these are two separate entities and you’ll be paying $60 when you pull in. If you’re ok will all of this, I’d say more power to you and I still hope you won’t have to deal with their hemorrhoid of a manager/ owner. I asked the employee to try to clear their policies for other customers to not have our same issue but was told that he didn’t have that ability. This is a classic bait and switch.

I pulled in here as it was super close the hotel I was staying at. I’m not sure if the person taking payments was the manager or just an employee, but he was really quite rude. I’m not super familiar with valet services as the city I’m from doesn’t do that, and he word for word told me to go back to where I came from then because in his city that’s how they do it. He told me every parking garage in Chicago is valet so I should just pay him and get out of his way. I proceeded to the parking lot across the street, that, shocker , is not valet, and is cheaper.

Only valet service, which is ridiculous for a garage in the middle of downtown. When I tried to ask questions regarding the valet the attendant rolled his eyes at me. Gladly parked in another garage and walked an extra 10 minutes over dealing with the poor attitude.

Do not park here, I went last weekend and stayed at the the Travelodge hotel, they told me to park overnight in this parking lot but they charge you 54 dollars and they do not allow in an outs, the price is crazy; they have another section of the parking lot where they charge you 18 dollars for half day, I paid that and in the ticket showed me that I can stay until, next day but the guy that was in the office came and told me that I can't park overnight there or I will be towed even with my ticked that said that I paid for overnight, I showed it to him but they were rude. Just across the street is another parking lot and you can pay 16 dollars per night, if you are visiting Chicago download the Chicago Parking app to park in the streets and is way cheaper than any parking lot, just check if there are any time restrictions.

OMG almost everyone here is Super friendly. (Except for the one lady in the office late in the morning. She will just sit in the office while your waiting for someone to take your car) Valet parking is $10 if you get in before 9am and out by 7pm. $15 if in before 10am
