Conveniently located ice cream at the beach is a perfect combination. The staff working the night (maybe a Sara/Brittany) I went was wonderful. They were very courteous and helpful. Oh ya… the ice cream was pretty good too! I would recommend this location!

I have been visiting this location for 20 years and always enjoy it! Today my daughter ordered her 5th bday cake and Sara was extremely patient with my 5 year old and even showed us how she made the cake! Above and beyond customer service! 2021 update: big improvement. On a Tuesday night after Labor Day they had appropriate amount of staff working. They were pleasant and got us in and out of there in 5 minutes. We got hot pretzels, two sundaes, and two milkshakes. I asked for extra peanut butter sauce on my sundae which was great, pretzels were just okay.
2019 review: There was only one person working on Labor Day at 7pm. She was swamped. A lot of people walked out instead of waiting in 20 min line. We went back in there Thursday eve of that week and it was still just the one person working.

After coming back from the beach, we stopped here for some ice cream. Right when we walked in, there was a strong smell of pool disinfectant, and there were bits of paper on the floor. We ordered ice cream, and when I asked for an extra spoon, the staff threw it on the table instead of handing it to me. I'm really worried about the cleanliness of this place.

We ordered a white cake with pink icing and the note "Happy Birthday Victoria" here for my daughter's 4th of July birthday. When we picked up the cake the icing was pink and the cake was white but clearly they made a mistake and did a poor job fixing it. It appeared to us that something was written incorrectly and they tried to scrap off the icing; however, it left the pink smear and grooves in the top of the white icing. The photo was taken right after we picked it up on the way to dinner and it was too late to get it fixed. We typically use the particular location every year for her cake because we are always in Atlantic Beach for the 4th celebrating her birthday with family. This is the first time it has happened but given a special occasion we expected more care with our order.

It's DQ. Therefore, it is yummy. Wish there were more local creamers around and more convenient. But anyway, 2 stars for being sneaky... paid with a card and it automatically added a 20% tip. Let me decide.
