My fiance propose with a beautiful ring from this jeweler, who was more than able to do an exceptional job with getting the ring shipped in time for him to propose while we where on vacation which is amazing. The reasoning for a 1 star review within a couple of months my ring had three broken prongs contacted customer service to verify that this would be covered under warranty if it was an issue with the prongs would take 2 weeks to fix if they found a manufacturers issue would take 4. 4 weeks go by we call to check are told they should have my ring within the next couple days and that they would CALL to schedule a day for delivery. A couple days go by we don’t hear anything we decide to call again after multiple try’s to talk to an associate we finally reach them that it would take another 1-2 weeks before my ring would arrive. Surely discontent with the lack of communication and openness as well as spending the holiday without my engagement ring they offered a voucher to Amazon. The final reason this gets a 1 start review we where told we would receive a call once the ring arrived to the jeweler to schedule a day for the ring to be shipped because of it have to be signed for. No call was received to schedule a day and since no one knew it was being delivered no one was as home to sign now I am working with UPS to get my ring.

Horrible Customer service I was waiting for my Watch more than eight weeks and I didn’t receive it. As per them they are Telling me the payment processor doesn’t match when placed the order on-line it went through. I called in August asking about my order status and they told me everything is good but we told you that You are going to receive in eight weeks these people are thieves.

Great experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the two front shop workers. They were extremely nice and very helpful. They were also quite down-to-earth and knowledgeable of their products. I came in for a birthstone ring and walked out with a birthstone ring no hassle no fuss just to the point.

At a recent “jewelry buying” event, some of my jewelry tested as moissanite, which is interesting. All of it was purchased as diamond. It is illegal to sell moissanite as diamond, so why would it test as diamond?
To offer you a very low price? Were the diamond detectors accurate? Or was the jewelry sold to me illegally as diamond? I will get to the bottom of this.

I used dunn' jewelry store a couple of times in the past and was very impressed with their courtesy and ethical approach with the customers. I went back a few months ago and had to deal with a man from the middle east who was extremely rude. I wanted my ring resized and he said he would ship it somewhere to be done there. He added I should come back in another 10 days. I asked for a written value of that expensive ring before I left it there and he went into a rage. He yelled that he was no thief and that I had to " trust him". Why would I, based on his word!
And worse, his attitude? I told him that his way was not at all professional and he basically threw me out of the store. I do not recommend that store anymore. People beware!

Old gentleman was very rude, not helpful at all, I would personally never buy anything from there again due to this experience. Trying to help a friend pick out an engagement ring and he acted like what I was looking for was impossible to find, which it was not.

Seemed like a very nice shop with lots of beautiful jewelry. Unfortunately the customer service was so poor I won't be returning.
