Great deals at this outlet store. Lost of merchandise but not all sizes available at this point. Good customer service

I recently visited Tommy Hilfiger and had the worst shopping experience of my life. The sales staff were completely disengaged, ignoring my requests for assistance and clearly not interested in helping. Early on, we had a sweater price checked by an employee. However, it was a different price at the register. When we questioned why the two prices weren't matching up, they didn't give a clear indication as to why, except that "it just was" by the black female manager. She is the most rude and worst person I have ever talked to at any store, repeating over and over again whether I was "going to purchase the sweater or not", all while I was trying to have a clear and productive conversation. We decided to leave because of the horrendous service and staggering immaturity from the black female manager. I advise anyone who wants to visit, to NOT. Go online because the service at the store is not worth dealing with the people who work there.

Visited store on 30 Nov 2024 Saturday around 8.30 pm. Google showed store will be open till 9 pm. I spent 10 mins selecting clothes, then once selection was over I politely asked one staff girl for a trial room. She denied me the trial and gave a look saying it is just 20 mins left to close the store.

I politely checked with them when do they close the fitting room before closing the store. Suddenly a lady supposedly calling herself the store manager came from the back and started scolding me for some unknown reason. She was angry about me being in the store as there were just 20 mins left for the store to close.

I was taken aback with this. I said okay I will leave and was returning the clothes to them. She again got angry and scolded me to keep the clothes back in the shelf from where I picked them. I was shocked with such a behaviour.

I wish when I entered the store they told me that since they are about to close in 20 mins, I cannot try the clothes, I would have gracefully exited the store.

Not sure what was the reason for such bad and extremely rude behaviour from all the 3 staff members.

My experience was terrible. The heavy set black female manager was very lazy and didn't want to help me a valued customer. Everything i asked her for she already had an answer without even searching. If you don't want to work stay home and let someone who wants to work get the job. When a customer wants to spend their hard earned money help them find the item or size they need. VERY VERY LAZY!!! Will be calling coporate.

Really shocked by the experience my wife had there. She was buying clothes to send back home to family in Africa and the manager gave her a hard time... may even have some hate in her heart towards immigrants. Accused my wife of wanting to resale... even had the police on site... everyone was confused by the escalating situation and the point of it. We were refused service and left. Really a shameful manager and situation. Never spending money here.

Nice Selection of items. Better than the Tommy Hillfiger at the Mebane Tanger Outlets. They even have clothing for kids.

Their website shows they're open until 9:00 pm today, I drove 1 hour to make a return, arrived at 5:15 pm and found a sign saying they close at 5:00 pm today. I asked an employee through the glass door if they could let me return 3 items I had on hand and she said no, I told her I drove a whole hour just to make that return and she replied "come back tomorrow"... I can't believe her answer and that poor CSR skills she had. For now on those items will go either to the trash or to Goodwill, after that treatment I'll never come back to this store, it doesn't worth it. TH corporate, take a look at who represents your brand and make sure that your website shows accurately those store hour changes, your store is far from Raleigh and satellite cities and people have to drive an hour or so to find a closed store, fixing that will show respect for your customers (not including me, I'm done thanks to your associate at the Smithfield,NC store)
