I had the most wonderful experience at Norma's while selecting a dress for a black tie wedding. The lady who assisted me was very gracious and welcoming. She asked what my preferences were and helped me not only select and try on multiple dresses, but gave good, honest feedback when I asked questions. Norma's Boutique is my favorite place to shop! The ladies who work in the store are so helpful and knowledgable about the merchandise! I also love their online store! They are so quick in returning any questions and getting things shipped for a quick turnaround! I HIGHLY Recommend this for anyone looking beautiful ladies clothing & jewelry! Their Lilly Pulitzer section is also great & they are always willing to check and see if they can order something for you! This is an upscale shopping center. This store has many great fashions to choose from and all sizes. They have a very friendly staff that is willing to help in any way possible. The store is very clean as well. Tom Shelby, his wife, Sherry are super with selecting what is ladies like from dresses to jewelry. If you've not had a chance to shop at Normas Boutique, please take the time to go. You'll not be disappointed!!!!!

I had purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding from a local boutique near my home. I had such issues with receiving the dress. It came in the wrong size and I had to return it and try again. This was the dress that I wanted and needed. It was perfect. I checked online and came across Norma's boutique. I was so nervous to purchase from a boutique so far away from my home. I live in NY and the boutique is in NC. Less than 24 hours after I purchased the dress online, Thomas emailed me to let me know that the store did not have the dress but that he would order direct from the manufacturer. This made me more nervous. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, emailed me the tracking number and stayed with me until that dress was in my hands. It came yesterday and it fits perfectly, only needs a hem. I highly recommend this boutique. They are professional, courteous and truly care about their customers.
