This is the 2nd repair I had done on our Jeep. 1st was a large repair from an accident. This was hail damage. Absolute great work and service provided. Start to finish great communication.

These guys are awesome. The work they do is top notch. I've used them for all of my needs and they have never disappointed me. The pride they take in their work shows through the detail and attention. I've literally had people ask me if I've had the whole vehicle repainted, they couldn't tell where it had been fixed. Took my new car in for a rear bumper cover. They gave me a quote and said they were pretty busy, may be a few months. I said no problem because I heard they do good work. Three months go by and call. They tell me I'm still on the list and they're busy with deer hits. No problem I said. 8 months now and still no call. I took my car elsewhere. That shop said those are quick and easy jobs, had it repaired within two weeks of talking to them. Palos may still do good work but I'll never know, real shame because I was a pretty understanding person with them.

These fellows fixed my wife’s car about 8 months ago. Very very nice job. A couple weeks ago , Someone backed into my 2022 Ford Explorer, can not tell anything happened. Perfect job. These folks are Pros at what they do. They are especially great to deal with. I would give Theo 10 stars if possible.

Needed extensive body and sensor work on my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek after getting rear-ended. Repair work was stellar and it looked brand new again!

Drove it 650 miles the day I picked it up and didn't hear a single rattle, nor was there any wind noise at all. Additionally, all my sensors worked exactly as they should.

Walked in to ask about getting truck cap painted. Short guy at desk asked how he could help me. I advised him. He said "you realize it wont be inexpensive ". Okay, I asked for price...do I look poor? Anyway, my blood pressure boiled as i walked out. I understand it isnt an insurance claim and you cant just jack up the high rate..I did the best thing by walking out as two guys in the back are on cell phones with no work to do and short pete is in a chair doing an estimate. I'll take my things elsewhere. Poor professionalism. Poor customer skills. 1 star may be too high of rating.

Love these guys! Whenever I need any body work for our vehicles, there is no other place I would go but there. I have always been pleased with the work that they do.
