In June of 2022 I towed my Ford here to have my suspension work done. I spoke to a manager named Patrick who was willing to work on it as I had just moved from Connecticut to here. Now it’s February of 2023 I’m out almost $3,000 he never wrote an order on my car he took parts off left my windows down for months and now the car doesn’t run at all. It did when I brought it there and I already had another shop lined up to do the airbags and body work he wouldn’t be able to do. I spoke to a manager named Dillan who had no idea about my car, then to a “district” manager Jason who was condescending and rude. He was supposed to reach out the day I called and didn’t then he was supposed to call today and didn’t I had to call him. This place is an absolute mess and there is 0 communication. They have no actual techs or managers and they are just looking to steal your money and car parts. 0/5 I don’t recommend. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because I am tired of the games.

Could have possibly been five stars because the service was fast and very friendly, but I'm not sure all of the additional services were provided (brake fluid check, fluids check, etc). Didn't provide me with any documentation indicating the status of those additional services. And I would have liked to have known the status of my brake pads so that I can schedule an appointment there but it never happened.

Went for an oil change. Found it easy and convenient to schedule online. Was early and was serviced right away. Great price and very nice people there. I'd highly recommend.

I absolutely hate going to the McKeesport location!! They are terrible and just after your money! I went in because I thought I need an alignment. I told the woman at the desk what the problem was and she was saying "if it doesn't need an alignment we won't do it" at the end after Click to wheel was turned the other way went back
immediately the mechanic told me he told her my problem wasn't a alignment it was something else and SHE TOLD HIM TO DO IT ANYWAY what a fudging waste of money I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there EVER!!! I wish I could sue them!

They cost me more money by sending me to purchase my own parts which lead to me doing more damage to my car then over charging me while telling me that they were doing me a favor by even doing the work I literally called and scheduled for it Was a horrible experience the mechanics were cursing and yelling and complaining while doing the work very disgruntled every time they would curse they would come and tell me that I needed parts because another part broke and they kept blaming it on the last place I went to have work done yet it wasn’t broken until that moment. It just wasn’t an experience I would set anyone else up for I went in for the replacement of two studs and a lug nut I ended up having to replace 6 studs and ultimately purchased 9 lugs and was charged over $300.00 for the work also I was lied to and told that I needed to replace my rim and I went to a different tire place and they told me that I was totally lied to and over charged on top of the danger I was put in because my parts could have been ordered and delivered but the sent me to get them which ultimately caused me to snap the remaining studs and lugs which caused me to have to have them replaced. It was just overwhelming and bad and they purposely took advantage because I am pregnant and they knew that I was afraid in the first place.
