We decided to celebrate my Mom’s 60th birthday there with a private party. I’m so glad we made that decision. The owners, Dan and Sara were THE BEST. Both were warm and welcoming, incredibly accommodating and so easy to work with. They had the place ready to go and even helped us decorate and get ready before the guests arrived. In addition they were amazing teachers and patient with all of us amateurs once we got to our project. They pre-made coffee mugs for us to add our designs to and it was honestly a blast. I can’t wait to go back again and highly recommend checking them out for a unique and fun experience for your next private event.

My daughters and I just finished a pottery wheel lesson with Dan & it was such a fun experience! Dan was a great instructor and gave us lots of tips to make sure our projects were successful! We will definitely be coming back for classes in the future!

The world needs more places like Emmy Pots. Dan and his wife (owners) are wonderful, kind, passionate people, and that translates into a wonderful experience for patrons. My wife and I had the pleasure of throwing clay on a potter’s wheel, with it being my first time. The attention and instruction was top notch, we had a fun time, and we’d recommend that anyone young to old go participate in a class or private instruction. I have a whole new appreciation for the art as I enjoy the items we made.

I had a very lovely experience with their special pet pawprint mug event, they were done in a reasonable time-frame and turned out lovely. The quality is also very good, no deformities or imperfections. Absolutely great and I'll look for gifts from here again.

We had our first experience with Emmy Pots today and it was awesome! Daniel was friendly, attentive and he did a great job explaining the process in a way that we could all understand. He encouraged the kids' wild imagination and helped them bring their ideas to life in their projects. I highly recommend Emmy Pots to anyone who is looking to get creative or try something new. We will definitely be visiting again.
