Huge selection of chocolate, candies, sweets. Everything. Dark, milk, swiss. Fantastic customer service and all made in the store. Worth a trip.

Always enjoyable coming to Dorothy’s. The chocolate is obviously the best around but the interactions with staff are an absolute pleasure. There’s one gentleman employee in particular that makes you feel like you’re an old friend stopping by. He is always chatting up customers and making everyone feel welcome. Go for the chocolate. Go back for the hospitality.

This is a little hidden gem in White Oak! Customer service was on point. The raspberry creme chocolates were full of filling and had great texture. Would go back!

As one may know, the price of chocolate has gone up. Some items seem to have gone up 20% plus. If you had a coupon, you could have saved yourself 10%. However, when the staff wants you pay a 4.5% added cost since you are going to pay with a credit card, then the discount means nothing. I then paid cash to get the full discount, After years of dealing with this company, it may be a signal to do otherwise or elsewhere!

Always a great friendly atmosphere from the second you walk in. Have been going here for years. Was here on Mother’s Day and the gentlemen with glasses was super friendly and informative as always. Had another gentlemen with longer hair who was also very helpful. Best place around.

This place is amazing! We haven't tried everything we bought yet, but everything we have tried has been delicious. We were offered two free samples while we browsed (I highly recommend the sea salt caramels!). Everyone was very friendly. Overall a great experience, and this will be our new go-to chocolate shop.

Wonderful Swiss chocolate! Everyone who works there are so helpful and friendly. I have been a patron of theirs for many years. It's hard to pick my favorite sweet treat because it's all so good but, I love the chocolate covered potato chips and the chocolate covered strawberries.

Great experience! I'm a local, and it was the first time I was ever in their store. I asked about their dark chocolate, and I was given samples to see if I liked it. The chocolate is very, very good. I did buy a few things before I left, and I do plan on visiting again.
