Highly recommend this shop! Took my daughter’s Trek bicycle to get the rear brake repaired & the owner was very friendly & joked it would be a big repair - meanwhile, it took 1 minute. He even tightened up the brake. When asked what I owed, he said not to worry about it. I tried to give him $20 & he refused to accept it. I told my daughter my experience at the shop & she said that gives her hope in humanity.

Absolutely stellar service. I called about an hour before arriving. I needed a repair you wouldn't normally do on the spot. Asked for what I needed (29in forks/wheel.) My 26inch setup was wrong and I had an issue with the wheel bearing.

When I arrived they were more than happy to show me options and work with me on what I needed.

They gave me tools I didn't have in my bag, helped lift and manoeuver my stupidly heavy e-bike to put the new parts on. It got me the rest of the 30 some miles home safely.

Zak and Mike are excellent and went above and beyond on such short notice and I greatly appreciate that.

Compared to other shops this is the best one I've been too so far.

Great store that gives great service with some real cool people. Got the bike today they made sure everything was set for the wife. They even through some free things in for me and charged no service fee. The is the second bike I’ve bought here and will cont to get service here as well.

I will not recommend you to nobody!
My boyfriend Eugene had an appointment today (10/26/2024) at your shop Located in McKeesport to have the brake system checked and fixed on his e-trike at 1 o’clock today and he was even 2hrs early for said appointment and you failed the show up and nobody bothered to answer the phone when we tried to call to see if you were still coming to open your establishment for the day you will remain one star to you make this right and I will tell everybody not to do business with you. I should have also looked at the other reviews with some other unhappy customers before he decided to ride all the way out there with bad brakes on so e-trike to be maintenanced😡😡😡😡😡😡
And As I stated above, I will not recommend anybody to you!

Dropped my bike off 5 weeks ago for a tune up. Was told it may be a week and an half to two weeks as the tech was in Las Vegas. No problem I said. Well, 3-1/2 weeks later no call so I call and leave a message. They call me back asking which bike is mine a day later. Then tell me it needs a new wheel. I say okay please fix it. I'm a little irritated it took 3-1/2 weeks to tell me it needs a new wheel but now it's been 5 weeks and NO BIKE AND NO PHONE CALL. At this point, a good business owner would not charge the customer due to unbelievably poor customer service. Update, got a call shortly after posting this but was charged full price for everything.

Zak and his team are super kind and reliable. This bike shop has been around for a long time and they've always taken care of me. From repairs and maintenance to receiving and building top of the line mountain bikes for me and my family, you can trust they will get it done right.

Zak and Mike are the best! The first time I ever went there Mike came out and greeted me as soon as I got out of the car. I truly believe they care more about pleasing the customer than they do about putting money in their pockets. They are friendly knowledgeable and not looking just to rip you off. In fact they often do work on my bike and tell me “were good that was nothing.” Every business should be run this way. I refer them to everybody I know who has a bike. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome people, fair prices, excellent service. They tuned up some bikes for us before our trip to DC. They deserve more than 5 stars, they go over and above on everything they do. I've bought speedometers and a seat from them, all their work is great quality.
