Would not hesitate to send my 85 year old grandmother here with her vehicle. This is the most honest and transparent shop I have done business with. Brought a vehicle in that was on its last legs. Rather than try to sell me on thousands of dollars in replacement parts, the team told me it was probably best to start looking at getting rid of the vehicle. An excellent Ford specialist shop that services most every other vehicle. Wish I would have found them sooner.

Folks. These guys are “on”. I’ve now had the opportunity to get my truck (2019 KR) worked on four times. First was cam phaser repairs. Then oil change. Then a few months ago replaced rear disks and pads. And this week my sunroof jammed open. In less than 24 hours my sunroof is repaired and working. These guys KNOW what they are doing. I don’t think they are the cheapest shop in town, but from a value perspective it’s worth the $ to get on time and right the first time service. My son and I use them for our F150s. So should you!

I was very fortunate to find DTX Automotive following an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at a nearby Ford dealership. After 5 days in the dealership’s possession, the vehicle’s diagnostic test had not even been completed, so I told the service advisor to forgo everything, and I would take the vehicle elsewhere to have the repairs completed.

Casey and the team at DTX Automotive were extremely efficient and highly communicative. I work on-site at a hospital, and they kindly offered complimentary roundtrip transportation from the shop. They had the issue identified and the work completed in less than 5 hours total, which was so convenient and much appreciated. I will absolutely use DTX Automotive for all vehicle maintenance and repairs moving forward. Thank you for the wonderful service experience!

We've been taking our cars here for a few years! These guys are hands down the best and most honest mechanics we've ever dealt with! They have never overcharged us or even suggested something that would seem like they're just trying to get more money. We trust these guys with our teens life when they work on her car. That might seem dramatic, but at the end of the day, if her car isn't running right, it could be dangerous for her. Even if you live a little out of the way, it's absolutely worth the effort to take your vehicles here.

I started going to DTX Automotive when I moved to Texas from out of state. I was nervous as I had a trusted mechanic in my home state and I wasn't sure about how DTX would be. I have since been here for 2 years and DTX Auto is my mechanic of choice. They truly back their work and are honest about what they are doing and why. I have never felt swindled or pushed into a service that I did not need. I recently had to purchase a new car and I was sad I didn't get a Ford since I thought I couldn't keep seeing them and they reassured me that they would be more than happy to keep servicing my new vehicle.
