I called n inquired about getting my dryer serviced. They came out took one look at my dryer n said I should get a new one. Never ever touched the dryer. Then proceeded to tell me to call my welfare caseworker and get money from them to buy a new one. Then charged me 30 dollars for coming out!? I feel scammed!

Wow poor phone skills. Started out fine but after my second question was the ride part. I asked if they had a washer/dryer set for around $400, they said not right right now. Understandable. That means they do get them/occasionally do. Second question was do you have a roughy idea when you think you'll be getting any? "Never." Wow. Okay. That's poor customer service. Could've said "I'm sorry but we never get them for that price." Could use some customer service training. Not like I was going to buy from them cuz they didn't have what I was looking for, but just not going back or recommending because of that. Also I didn't hear what he said when he picked the phone up. It was one word and mumbled. Not even a name. Oh well. Just be warned, if you go here you won't get proper customer service.

I’m out of $400 for a refrigerator that does not work. I got the fridge on April 2nd. It stopped working 3 weeks later. I’ve been calling and setting up appointments for someone to come out to fix. 3 appointments that were made was a no call no show. On the 4th attempt someone came out looked at it after I asked to speak to the manager, he changed some parts then I was told they would be back tomorrow which they never did come back or call. I will say I also got a washer that I have no problems with. Only bad thing I have to say is they gave me bad hoses that connect to the sink. Water was everywhere but I replaced that myself.

Bought two fridges, both failed after delivery, repair guy tried to blame the apartment circuits but new fridge / freezer in same place had zero issues. After that they refused to return calls / show up to repair fridges, absolutely failed me and the tenants I was trying to provide for with the worst service I've ever attempted to use. Will never buy from them again under any circumstance.

Needed a small part for a fridge. Guy vanishes for a bit, comes back, hands me 2 of them, and says "I don't even know if these work. If one does, bring the other back, if not, bring em both." Sounds great!
Short story: they didn't work, and these self-righteous junk lords refused to give me my cash back, but still wanted the parts back.
Shorter story: don't bother, you'll get hosed.
