I’ve been going to Sam and Joe a long time for service to my BMW. I’ve been going since Jonathan was there, May he rest in peace, but the older looking man named Mike is really rude. He acts like answering a question is annoying to him. He cuts you off when you are speaking and my caution ⚠️ was on after my car being there for a week he told me to drive it and if it doesn’t go off bring my car back…. I refused a he finally let a tech check it out .Turns out it was just the clock 😳😡 I will no longer be taking my car there because the customer service is terrible now!

I've been dealing with Sam & Joe since 1999. And they always dealt in integrity and honest. Now I enjoy dealing with Old Mike and Young b Mike it's been a honor as well. Keep up good service and will keep u.

Did good work on my car. Had issues with getting the part there on time, which was probably more of the people who they get there parts from fault. They shipped them a bad part at first and had to wait for a replacement. Also I didn’t like that they quoted me a price and then turned around and went up on the price without letting me know because a seal needed replacing. I had to look online where they quote the price to see that it went up on me. No kind of notification on the extra part added. But the car runs fine. They probably should replace whoever they get their parts from and work on communication.

I do NOT recommend the "repair" shop. 0/10. Gary LIED and told me that the diagnostic would be credited to my repairs. He also gave me a flat fee for the diagnostic and then later says that he charges by the hour for a diagnostic. This is totally unethical and if I had known that I would have gone somewhere else. After I paid, he said he never told me the aforementioned and is not refunding me. He stated that he charges by the hour and even charges to TALK ON THE PHONE. Who says that to a customer He also charged me for extra for the diagnostics because he said they took longer to find out the issue and yet they NEVER FOUND THE ISSUE! (What kind of crap is that?!) He specifically said, "We don't know what's wrong with your vehicle."
Now my vehicle is running worse than it was before I brought it there. $1100 LATER, missed work and MY VEHICLE IS NO longer drivable on top of that, MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON! I now have to get it towed to the dealer. This place is a RIP OFF. I will never EVER use this place again.

Took my car there for an issue with my fan and was told no codes showed up for the error. Took car back to have clutch replaced only to be told that a code showed up indicating a misfire. I never had a misfire before I took my car in so I was a bit confused. After driving my car sure enough there as a misfire. 🤦🏽‍♂️. I think I’ll take my vehicle to where I bought it to get the misfire fixed.

Tried to get quotes from this place and called them to get an email to send the codes / issues that needed to be addressed... sent the details to them and waited from a Thursday to a Monday and heard nothing ... only to call Monday and follow up and was told all the parts come from the dealership anyway, that Sam And Joes charges $180 an hour and they don't have time to give me some rough quotes via email. They apparently have all the business in the world and can tell a potential customer they're too busy for them.

Reply to businesses reply ... Your sarcastic reply proves my point further - you're rude, I've heard from multiple others that you are rude ... you were rude on the phone, wouldn't send me a quote like you said you would, and argued with me on the phone, basically saying just take it to nissan. I'd never bring my car to your shop after hearing others' take on you and the rest of your family's businesses.

And if you don't work on Nissans (or advertise that you work on them) why did you ever give me your email address when I called you to make sure it was okay to send you codes from Nissan to get quotes on?!
