I had a wonderful experience at Appliane Plus. The service was superb! The gentleman there was very professional. The prices are affordable and I received my washer and dryer set on the same day. Delivery men were awesome!!! I should dealt with business from the beginning, now they have a new customer for the rest of my appliance needs!

Called to see if they repaired appliances not bought at their store. The person answering the phone was curt and said they don't do that anymore. When I asked if they could refer me to a repair place, she paused then said no she couldn't do that. I understand store policies but a person doesn't have to be curt and rude when talking on the phone.

Called these guys and not only did they help me diagnose my problem, and walk me through the steps, but they gave me a used part in order to help eliminate smaller issues first before just junking my dryer. I got my dryer fixed with almost no issue at all and without the guys pushing just buying a new dryer on me. Their help alone would've had me buy from them but they still went the extra mile. Good guys.

Appliance Plus was just what I needed when I needed them! They responded quickly, prices were affordable. I received my washer and dryer the same day within an hour of purchase! They also installed my washer and dryer and the hoses were included as well. I just had to get the vent hose for the dryer but that’s it. Delivery and installation is one set fee I couldn’t believe it. I’m looking forward to using MY whirlpool appliances. Thanks Appliance Plus! Definitely check them out for your appliance needs, they also have refrigerators and stoves but I didn’t need either of those.
