Mifflinburg Lumber is my go-to place for materials to complete jobs through work, or personal jobs on the farm.The materials in the store are exactly what every contractor and homeowner needs to accomplish any size dream. And the quality of the materials surpass those of other local suppliers. Even though they are a lumber yard, MLBS stocks everything needed to fully wire, plumb, insulate, drywall, paint a house and so much more!!
Every morning I'm greeted with Tina's smiling face and willingness to help me find what I need. She is also the best at matching paint colors!! Steve and Rich are the best at planning, ordering, coordinating materials for when I need them. Steve and Rich are always visiting the worksites and making sure the next stage of materials are ready to go! They really help to keep the project on schedule. I can always count on my materials to be ready! When those 2 pros aren't around, I turn to Mike who always does a stellar job at researching what I need. Josh and Marguerite always have the shelves fully stocked and are always looking to have the newest power tools ready for work. To help reduce checkout wait, Cliff and Shelby are always ready to hop on a register and get you out the door in a timely manner.

Best place to go local for building supplies usually for price but definitely for service. I hurt my shoulder and was struggling to carry buckets of joint compound out to my truck. Think I had four or something like that. The Owner came out from behind counter and carried the rest out I had bought and helped me load up my truck. I don’t know many places that still care like that.
Only place I go from here on out. Thank you , from a loyal customer.

For the past year I have used Mifflinburg Lumber for all of my building and renovating projects. Rich In the sales department has gone the extra mile a few times to make sure product has arrived in a timely manner. I used to compare prices for my material at several local building suppliers and found that at Mifflinburg Lumber are consistent and competitive with quality and price. Rich has answered all my calls and has made time to work with me even though projects may not be large. I appreciate the effort made by everyone from sales to the yard and delivery for even small business owners like myself.

As a contractor it's important to have a supplier that you can count on, Mifflinburg Lumber certainly delivers! They have a knowledgeable friendly staff. Rich in outside sales has been fantastic to work with! I look forward to working with them on my future projects!

So unbelievably disappointed with this place and their people; sales manager Steve Wenner is horrible at customer service. Doesn't return phone calls or emails... he's completely screwed us around and cost us a lot of time and money because of it. I'd never recommend Mifflinbuet Lumber to anyone. Let's also add in here that quite a few of the doors we ended up getting didn't match what was supposed to have been ordered. I'll be taking all future business to a company that values me as a customer. As stated in the below review, they obviously have no interest in anyone outside of their contractor base. Complete failure.
