Today we bought my daughter's prom dress here. We were to a few places before Juliette's and when I tell you the service and hospitality at Juliette's was such an amazing experience compared to the others, I can't even describe how pleased we are. We weren't aware that usually they only take people by appointments but thankfully there was a cancellation so we were able to squeeze in and they helped make it happen. They were so welcoming and helpful here. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. They were so attentive and kind. Not to mention the prices compared to other bridal stores we were at previously we're drastically lower and fair and honestly the dresses seem more high quality. From picking out dresses for my daughter to try on, to helping her get them on, to giving us information and help, to really being soooo very kind, making us feel so welcome, to making my daughter feel like a beautiful princess for her prom.. this place is top notch and I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for making our experience such a wonderful, exciting, fun, memorable, and joyful moment.
Ps I would post pictures but my daughter wants to wait until prom for everyone to see her beautiful dress 👗

This experience was awful. It started with the lady ambushing us with questions right when we walked in the door with attitude. When my sister went into the dressing room she tried to open the curtain when she was not dressed then the worker was told the dress did not fit her and made her try it on multiple times and tried walking into the room multiple times.

The experience was wonderful. The ladies were very helpful with finding a dress thats flattering for me. I was able to get shoes and the alterations done there too. One stop shopping.

The owner needs to take a class on how to treat people. Very ignorant on the phone. Worse in person if you don't do it her way. She treated my groomsmen and I like we where beneath her. Every dress she had needs "extensive alterations". Expect to pay hundreds more for those services. (Cash). If it wasn't for the fact my wife loved her dress I would have said to go somewhere else. You think she would take in consideration people work for a living. Open Wed, Thursday and Friday. If you not available those days don't bother.

My family has always experienced a very pleasant atmosphere with Juliette Bridals by Ivana in the past which has spanned approximately 4 decades. Of course, there was no question in my mind who I needed to book an appointment with for my daughters high school formal. Ivana was such a blessing! I recommend her highly because she was very kind and patient with my daughter while she tried on numerous dresses. She picked dresses she knew that my daughter would like, and was very open-minded. I love this shop because their owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of options and lots of beautiful dresses to choose from.

They where absolutely AMAZING helping my daughter find the perfect wedding dress. There were so many beautiful dresses, and she was able to try on a few. The employees were so helpful and we're able to work with our budget. I would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for prom or wedding attire. They really treated us like we have been friends for ever. I just can't say enough good things about them! ❤️❤️❤️

Ivana & Staff are excellent!!! Got married in September & got my bridal gown, the bridesmaid dresses & all the tux here! They're very professional & serious about their work. John is absolutely marvelous & will have your dress fit you perfectly!!! My best friend found her wedding gown here & the bridesmaid dresses!!!! Soon to be fitted for her September wedding this year!!!! Wouldn't recommend any other place!!! Everything you need is here!!! Kids, shoes, accessories & 100% dedication to your wants & needs!!!
