Well, to start off to say, there was nothing Royal" about the establishment. With that being said, all of the sodas in the machine needed to be changed, with no slushies, and the bathrooms were very unpleasant. We only stopped because we were passing through and nothing else. There was broken glass in front of the soda machine which had to of been broken a long time.. if you are gonna keep the name, it is time to do better.

Came here for the "world famous chicken". Of course I had to try it. It was just okay. It might be "Pennsylvania Famous Chicken", but far from the best I've ever had. The people were very nice and the place was very clean. Want great chicken? Dallas TX is the place to go.

I will never go to the Hanover location again. Several weeks ago I filed a complaint against a rude manager, which I believe was addressed, and today I go in and there's nothing on the shelves. It seems abundantly clear that this store is anything but convenient. Congratulations... you've lost a customer.

Black lights in the bathrooms are wack! Also no baby changing table? This place is a dump just like hanover. It's a shame. Hanover used to be a decent place.

Food was pretty good !! However, girl in kitchen was extremely rude to me & my daughter!!! Think I'll stick to eating elsewhere OR simply waiting till I'm home to eat... while the food is pretty good & quickly made, the customer service which was SEVERELY lacking in this case, put a bad taste in my mouth.. slot of places are vying for customers in this area... definitely felt that the employees could have cared less if I spent my money here.. gives me the impression that Royalty Farms doesn't care much either. Good to know, as I'll definitely spend my $$ where I feel I'm appreciated as a customer

I visit here frequently as I work close, but the store needs cleaning. They need to keep stock up a little better on certain popular items. I think the grease needs changed for the fryers, I come out after just a few minutes smelling like used grease.
