Today I came to Shop-rite, Brookhaven, it's my closest store and I've never needed help, the young people who were there to "help" seemed to be having a bad day, I asked them for help and from where they were without speaking they nodded at me and I said can you come here please, from where are they? They asked me what do I want? I said come here a moment, he came over in a bad way and I asked him are they two products for one price how do I do it? He said okay? scanning, he didn't pick up and got upset and asked me do you have a card here? I answered no. In a bad mood he finished serving me. This was at 2:50 pm today

Iam 78 years old, the white female "assistant " at the self checkout was rude ,not helpful. Worst of all I was experiencing sciatic pain and could hardly walk, she stood far away was talking to me with such nasty disposition. Cashiers need to be trained to be polite and helpful

This ShopRite stands out from most other stores bearing the same name. The management here is committed to additional discounts for veterans every day of the week on top of their already low prices. It’s evident that some very positive changes have been made here from the last time I visited as I found the store to be ultra organized, clean, and the restroom immaculate and well stocked. I used the self check out and was immediately greeted by Dot, a lovely asset to this store. ShopRite of Brookhaven is an A+ store.

Awful just awful. First experience I was shopping inside and at the check out line the cashiers “manager”was screaming at her in front of everyone. And made her cry. It was so unprofessional and uncalled for. I brought it to the store managers attention so hopefully he handled it but I highly doubt it. Since then I’ve been doing the order ahead, and you schedule a time for pick up on their app. I’ve done this three times. And all three times NO ONE was working to bring out the food. Which is a huge inconvenience when it’s scheduled for a certain time. If you don’t have the staff then don’t allow scheduling on your app and inconvenience people.

Great design, well stocked, great selection. In addition to normal supermarket items, they also have a good court with pizza, chicken, and sushi. Add to that a week stocked beer garden and this place has it all!

Got there at 11:45, doors locked. They close at 12:00. As I approached I waited for a minute to see if I would be let in. Needed 1 thing for my baby daughter. Proceeded to be yelled at from an employee with their car parked out front that “we’re closed, go home!”

Good evening Google Family. I believe this is the first time I patronized this location of Shop Rite. I was supposed to visit Giant across the street, but I decided to come here. This is a fresh location. I liked and enjoyed my shopping experience today. I will visit again. I liked that they have an ice cream store across the shopping center. I know I will be back to visit them, Freddie's and obtain some ice cream. Good night Google Family.
