This place just keeps getting worse n worse. Got new employees & prices are through the roof. Over $10 for 4 small rolls of toilet paper? Come on!! I fully understand inflation & there prices should be illegal on some items!! I've left stuff on the counter n walked to Lazizas (over half as expensive n way kinder people). EZ Stop staff treats you like they are bothered to help you. Your interrupting them. MOSTLY the young girl there now. I actually miss the couple that ran the store for the past 5+ years.
So I definitely do NOT recommend even stopping here. So Sad. I live right next door, years of going there & will not go back there anymore.

The owner breaks the law. He has his employees charge full price and taxes on everything bought with food stamps. He is also being reported to the BBB.

Nope my card has never been declined there so I don't know who you think you are talking to. You buy most of your items from sam's club and resale. But most of all your cash register shows the sales total, and with food stamps they always put in the full dollar amount. Which anyone with sense knows that includes taxes. So don't try to throw shade at me. And you have been reported to the BBB. With video evidence.thanks have a nice day

Today I entered the store for the sole purpose of handling my disabled friend's lottery ticket transactions. I was wearing a mask as I always do when I am in proximity to other people, to protect them from virus I might unwittingly carry. The woman behind the counter had her mask hanging under her chin throughout the transaction, doing absolutely nothing to protect me from virus she might be carrying. Extremely unsafe and disrespectful. This wasn't my first negative impression but it will be my last. Will not set foot in there again.

My husband and I go here everyday. The woman is constantly on her phone. They never close on time, always earlier. Today the man working told us we couldn’t use a quarter because it was too old and “no one would take it from him.” My husband had to come all the way home to switch out his money as he only took exact change. Please do not waste your time here. You’re better off taking the extra couple minutes to drive to getgo or sheetz.

We were in there with our service dog, we have been going in there for about 1 year with our service dog. My friend is physically and emotionally disabled the dogs keep him calm. He use to be on medication but he didn't like the way he felt. The dogs are the only way he stays in check. The owner came in while we were playing the skill machine. He right away started yelling at us to get the dogs out. We tried to explain to him they have papers. He wouldn't even listen to us. He threatened us that he was calling the police. He didn't even give us a chance to cash out. My friend is extremely upset over this. We spend over 1000 a week just like some others. I understand he isnt from this country but he could have looked at our cards for the dogs. I am asking all of disabled friends to boycott the EZ stop until they make it friendly for us.

The woman who works there seems to alter prices at will and rarely keeps the stores hours. Several times I have pulled in to make a purchase to be greeted by a locked door an the clerk sitting behind the counter playing on her phone.

Do yourself a favor and go to 7-11, The Cig Shop or one of the corner stores. Employees at EZ Stop are rude, prices change randomly...the place is a headache.

The girl that works there is always on her phone and talking on the phone while dealing with customers not paying any attention to what they say I had to say 4 time about a pack of cigarettes before she would even notice I was talking because she was talking on her phone. It is extremely rude disrespectful and very bad customer service I don't understand how an employee can be rude and disrespect lful to customers and still have a job. Will never be in while she is working ever again or mabe even ever toll the owners do something about the disregarding ways the employees work and treat customers

Won 127 on the skills machine. Went to redeem the ticket, and wouldn't print. I went to redeem the ticket again, and said no available credit. When I asked the lady about it, she lied and said I had no credit. Since the machine malfunctioned, I get screwed over. I left that store and never will go back. I suggest you go to any other convenience store, stay far away from this one.
